We stayed for only one night. It is a little confusing to get to but it all worked out. This is definitely an independently owned establishment. It is nice to see. Clean enough.
-
Also, their add said restaurant. It was only a continental breakfast.
-
Vintage property well kept up. The people are friendly. halfway decent breakfast with fresh waffles.
-
Beds old and flat. Very uncomfortable 😕.

Not much was right here including a ridiculous price for room , dirty air conditioners , broken window latches , couldn’t open windows, hot water in shower barely warm , in room telephone not working or plugged in , dirty bathroom, one TV dark picture probably picture tube going , “ breakfast a joke , coffee awful , tasted like dishwater and milk no cream , everything really way below acceptable for ridiculous money . Want refund

I don’t believe the windows throughout the complex, have never been washed..very dirty. The doors entering rooms on the first level all were showing signs of rot, and needed to be painted. The bathroom didn’t have any supplies, except had a few towels, Only roll of TP was on the roll, had to ask for more at the front desk..handed me one roll, I looked at him and he gave me another reluctantly. I would’ve called housekeeping, but the room didn’t have a phone. Not safe if there was an emergency. Don’t look for Kleenex, don’t have them. There was soap in a canister on the wall, which hadn’t been wiped down since previous people. Gross. Pool has been covered apparently for years. Sad, because at least the weather was nice. I guess the only positive I have to say about this place is that it’s convenient, however, for how expensive it was, I feel ripped off, and feel this place should not be taking money from people looking forward to a nice, clean, dependable stay after a long trip to get there. Oh, and someone left their shirt hanging in the closet. Housekeeping apparently didn’t catch that.

Found ladies undergarments in a drawer in room

Room was big. Beds were fine enough. The bathroom was pretty gross. Shower ran brown water. Shower was dirty (curtains had stains etc). Other than bathroom I guess it was ok. Location is easy enough to get to downtown Saratoga and highway.

The Roosevelt Inn was close and convenient to Saratoga Performing Arts Center. Otherwise it was a bit dated and in need of refreshening up carpets and curtains were dirty the AC unit although working was a bit noisy. There was a un lockable bathroom door which was hard to stay closed. All in all for the price we paid not so nice.

It was a dump, restaurant closed but a low end gyro shop just opened. We actually did not stay, we went to the room and left almost immediately. I did not go back to registration desk not worth the fight. I will eat the $400 room rate, which is I should add is ridiculously priced. The furniture was right out of the 60’s and could have been the same when the place originally opened. AC was filthy and the screen door windows were badly stained. The check in area was right out of the 60’s too except it still had Covid glass in front of the check in desk. Not very welcoming neither was staff..

Upon arrival, the first thing we noticed was that the outdoor pool was never opened for the season (it was mid August). The check-in was not welcoming—dark, no lounge or amenities and had an unidentifiable offensive odor. The elevator was broken and we had to carry our luggage upstairs. (Later, the elevator did work again.) The linens were clean but the room was substandard. The bathroom fixtures were corroded, carpet needed a good cleaning, small balcony was old peeling wood and no table. The lamp was so dusty I could write on it with my finger. I poured water from the faucet to make coffee and it was a golden color! Not just tinged but scary looking. The tv did not work. We called and they said they’d bring us replacement remote but nearly an hour later we had to make a second request and they told us to come get it. Mind you, we were in bed and in a separate bldg! (They did show up with a remote and remedied the situation after my husband refused to get dressed and walk to their building in the dark.) We actually started searching for another hotel and were considering just leaving and sacrificing the $238! It was the worst experience I have ever had with hotel accommodations.

Liked that each room had a balcony. Hotel was quiet. Good coffee. Salt water pool was clean and warm. Had a big gym but had a bad old smell probably from the carpet. New paint and rubber floor would be beneficial Hot tub wasn't working. Gym had a moldy smell, probably due to the old carpet. Had tennis courts but no nets which is an eye sore since the balconies over look that whole area. They should turn them into pickle ball courts

the shower, when you stepped in the tub, it would give a little, also when you turned the water on in the tub, the water came out brown for a few seconds then came out clean.

Very outdated. Needs some attention

The room was nice Lots of room. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. The pool was nice. Salt water pool. The overall presentation was nice and clean. There are little decks on all the rooms on the second floor. We had a nice view. We were very pleased to have such a nice room. A few things that we took care of to make our stay more enjoyable. The location was perfect just a 9 minute drive to Saratoga Springs and the same for Saratoga Lake. We had a wonderful time. The pillows in the closet were dirty. I got new pillow cases and I took the cover off. The pillow itself was clean. The water in the kitchen sink came out brown. But it cleared up after running it. The dishwasher was gross and the fridge/microwave had not been wiped down. There was a dish scrubber that was filthy. I threw it away and bought a new one. Got wet wipes and cleaned up. The pool hadn’t been vacuumed recently so I cleared out some hairballs myself. We enjoyed our swim. Sounds horrible but it wasn’t. I would go there again

Enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub.

The stay was fine but the property needs updating. The outdoor pool is closed, the restaurant is closed, the tennis courts had no nets, things like that. The staff was very nice though and breakfast was good. It was good for the price. The place could be amazing with a renovation.
