All was good except getting into the parking lot. It is very difficult for one person with a large vehicle to open the gate. Unfortunately with my size vehicle I have to get out of the car to trigger the opening of the gate and by the time I get in my car the gate is closing. So in turn I had my mom get out and trigger the gate and then I could get my car thru then she would get back in. I understand they need a gate but I wouldn’t be able to stay there again unless I have someone with me. Everything else is great.

Everything was good loved the location as we bike ride to everything, SPAC, Casino, Racecourse, Downtown all convenient. Treehouse Brewery next door amazing! Great Breakfast & Courtyard area with Grills. Room was spacious get a balcony it was worth it! Large Refrigerator, Dishes, Cooktop & Microwave very nice! Wont stay anywhere rlse when visiting Ssratoga!

You get what you pay for and this is it in this town. Very presentable, clean, pretty, hotel with updated large rooms. I chose room with terrace and it was huge. Breakfast was great with many options. Staff all friendly. Only problem was an issue with elevator in and out of service.

My daughter is in a power wheelchair and this room was perfect. Roomy, space under the bed for the lift, spacious shower, so many amenities! They have an outside area to hang out. The breakfast area had different heights of tables. We were super pleased. Thank you!

Would 100% stay here again. The grounds and exterior were very well kept, staff was friendly, room was clean, comfy and had everything we could need. Only gave 4 stars because when we stayed, their elevator wasn’t working, but that’s specific to our stay. The included breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve ever had, no joke. Carnitas tacos!? Hello. Yum. We stayed here when we saw a concert at SPAC at it’s a 25 min walk to the venue on a very nice path. Great stay!
