This was such a pleasant surprise see how huge the rooms were. The beds were great, the spaciousness of the room was great. I don’t gamble but enjoyed staying here as a roadtrip stop.

Yeah, Expedia didn't really feature the fact that this is a true gambling hall attached to a hotel and far away from the main drag in Saratoga Springs. They are doing a good job fulfilling their mission. The room was clean and comfortable. A nice shower. the free slow charger for our EV was great, too.

I have nothing but good things to share about my stay at this hotel. It was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, they had an excellent restaurant, Morton House, the food was delicious. I also like the decor the flowers were unbelievable gorgeous grounds. The Casino is very clean and over 1200 machines. That was fun. The pool was great. They had a decent workout facility. What I really liked was the filtered water that you could get at your access day and night and it was delicious. They serve Starbucks coffee in your room coffee maker.

The shuttle driver Jimmy was best, and the shuttle driver gym was great!!! This was a great feature and helped us. Have a great time!

Staff was amazing everything was clean and the casino itself provides lots to do as a home base for the visit. We will be coming back here and we're very impressed

However, we got locked out of our hotel room the first night we were there due to the electronic pad on the door, not working properly, which caused us to be late for dinner. The coffee machine was down for two days in the Little market.

I'm a big coffee drinker and room offered 2 pods--No makeup mirror in the bathroom--No checkout on the TV--no restaurant to enjoy breakfast--All in All the price of the room I expected all the above --Sorry saratoga casino you rated fair in my book
