The Hotel Saratoga, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Perfect hotel if you are going to the track. Shuttle bus runs on race days and will take you to the track, casino, and Broadway. Pool was nice and rooms were quiet with cold AC.

Enjoyed three night stay with Family. Hotel staff were both friendly and helpful. Mallory was great to talk to while we had a drink while waiting for adjoining rooms to be ready. Greg was helpful when we had trouble with room key and needed hairdryer. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was very relaxing. We enjoyed complimentary breakfast every morning. We loved using shuttle to go to Saratoga Racetrack and we were lucky to meet and have great conversation with Ken our driver. So much to do near hotel. We visited State park and Congress park in town after dinner one night. The restarants we chose were great along with the people we met. Thanks Hotel Saratoga for great vacation.

Staff very friendly. Excellent hot breakfast.

I already wrote a letter to the hotel about this. I probably won’t stay there again.

employee came and sprayed fabreeze… Asking if that was good Next the door wouldn't close so ae got moved to another room Second room was ok except for hole in wall and must smell Until toilet wouldn't flush, then that door as well Would no longer close Front desk girl was very rude Sad sad place period stay away

Clean room en easy in and out. We really did not stay long enough to explore amenities. Good location.

Our bathroom had a large amount of black mold and mildew. We informed the front desk, who rudely replied they were fully booked and would have housekeeping come to our room. They never did anything. We were promised a full refund, which was not done. There were no towels, we asked the front desk for towels and they rudely replied "I'll get to it when I can". They did nothing. This room was not cheap. Do not stay at this hotel, this was probably the worst hotel stay we have ever experienced anywhere.

The bed was only okay. The pillows were really big and hard. People were talking all night. The people above me were walking very loud where I can hardly sleep.

Mold on the shower curtain and sticky floors

Our room was comfortable and clean and the outdoor swimming pool was an added bonus.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating -- as well as understanding -- the condition of the room was not as advertised -- King size suite had a queen bed and smelled of dog. Although I appreciate pet friendliness, as a person with severe animal allergies, this was a disappointment. We changed rooms thankfully to a double queen size. Beds were awfully uncomfortable -- with the middle sagging and extremely noisy (creaking). Thankfully the manager did reduce the room rate to be for the lesser expensive room -- I was not charged for the king suite which was not available even though it was reserved weeks in advance. All in all, Saratoga never disappoints but we will not be staying at this hotel again. In dire need of upgrades. At a minimum, new mattresses.

The staff was miserable. When we arrived my kids wanted to use the pool. There were dirty pool towels all over the place without any clean ones available. When we asked the staff she said none were available and handed my husband a washcloth. My husband also asked for a beer at the bar as she playing on her phone she rolled her eyes and says sorry for the wait they were short staffed. The place looked a lot nicer on the computer but the location was convenient but the staff really needed a class on customer service.

Clean rooms, staff were friendly shuttles were convenient and timely.
