Elegant classic style hotel. Attentive staff. Small annoyances, bulb was out in my tea daunt lamp. No bathroom ammeneties beyond the basics. I’m used to tooth brush kit, shaving kit etc at this price. I sent my boots down to be shined in the evening. They promised them back by 11:00 AM. Didn’t happen. I finally called to enquire and it hadn’t been handled. If I was informed I would have handled it in my own. May or may not return next year may try Batcheller Mansion

There is no better place to stay in Saratoga. While the rooms are lovely, every person working is more than accommodating, friendly and fun. Can't wait to return!

The location simply can’t be beat—right in the heart of downtown, where everything is walkable. The Adelphi perfectly captures Saratoga’s sophisticated yet relaxed charm. I’ve stayed here multiple times, and the experience has been consistently exceptional. If you’re looking for luxury, outstanding service, and the perfect location, look no further. One of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Comfortable, clean, beautiful. Right downtown so easy walking to restaurants and shops.

The room we stayed in needs repair. The tub drain wouldn’t plug for a bath, the window shades did not work, and the refrigerator ran so loudly all night but didn’t keep anything cold. The Adelphi is a beautiful space but needs to improve for the price point.

Excellent hotel in the best location with great dining and very nice staff. I would only recommend having the rooms checked more carefully as our refrigerator was out of service, the hair dryer only blew cold air, the makeup mirror was coming out of the wall. Staff is readily available to assist but it would be ideal to have everything in order at check in.

Excellent location, great sushi bar and cocktail bar and restaurant, and very professional staff. The staff, however, need to pay a bit more attention to details (refrigerator was not working in the room - they provided a replacement but it did not cool in time to chill our drinks before we left for a dinner; makeup mirror was hanging out of the wall; hairdryer only blew cold air - though my fiancé brought one). Also our first room was adjacent to the bar next door so the music literally shook the walls until 11:00 am. Overall excellent experience, especially when we changed to a suite for an additional $200. We look forward to continuing our annual visit.
