I do not believe this property offered breakfast. There was no staff to check you in. Staff could not be reached.

It is not 5 star but the location was great close to down town within walking distance and close to the park over all is doable

Then rooms were small and very basic and the motel is under a renovation. The Motel is right in the middle of town though and clean and a very affordable alternative to rooms that cost 3Xs as much in season in Saratoga. No pool, no ice maker, but great Wifi and new smart TV's and better TV selection then most hotels. It was clean and they are trying, I just wanted a clean nice place to sleep in town that didn't cost a small fortune and was very happy with my stay.

Beautiful room, however theres no staff and you must call them for every need. Shower was clogged so wasn’t really pleasant to step into but doable. Small tv for the size of the room , not the greatest wifi connection either. Didnt leave enough coffee packets or shampoos. There was no room cleaning even though i asked. Just a nice room in a convenient place.

They made the room available prior to the 3 o clock time which was very appreciated.

The price was right as they are in the middle of a renovation rooms were nice and clean parking lot was abit of a mess but glad I stayed.

BEWARE!! The community Court is a complete fraud. It's in disrepair and appears to be abandoned. We tried twice to check in but there is no one present at the Motel. It looks like a crime scene and no one is ever there. We tried the number on the door and the recording stated the number is out of order. A complete misrepresentation of what appears in the listing.
