Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Location for SPAC was good. Breakfast (not included) was adequate, though pricey for what was offered. Diner in the restaurant was unremarkable. Better to eat elsewhere and for less money.

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Saratoga Springs. It is a beautiful hotel which is very convenient to the race track. There is a trolley stop right out front as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great. Our favorite part was the restaurant. They have an EXCELLENT restaurant where we ended up having both breakfast and dinner each day. The chef is fabulous and the servers were awesome! Tried three different dinners and they were all excellent! Excellent breakfast buffet as well! We will stay there again!

Hot water took forever to cone on and left minutes later. I reported the issue but shouldn’t have had this problem. A just to cross the hall said it takes a long time. SMH

The shuttle and restaurant/bar on site were the deciding factor to stay at Holiday Inn. Room was close to the elevator and hall, which made it was a little loud in am. However, the room was super clean and large,

Location was great. Housekeeping could step it up. Same glasses sat outside 2 rooms for well over 24 hours. Same bottle cap in elevator for over 24 hours. the light switch had the switch and a 1970’s dial for a heat lamp that doesn’t work.
