Ambler Hotel

Obviously the recent remodel leaves the entire hotel fresh clean look with beautiful touches. The shower was so modern and nice. Location cant be beat to walk to congress park and Broadway. Right on the free trolley bus line too!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were super comfy. I had stayed at this hotel before the renovations; they did a good job with the upgrades and the overall vibe. I would definitely stay again.

It was a pleasant stay. Walking distance to most everything. Reasonable rates.

The hotel had been totally renovated within the last 2 or 3 years and was very well appointed. Staff was very responsive resolving a small problem. Good place to stay at a good price point.

The last night of our stay featured a lot of activity right outside our window. The last time we looked out of it there where a number of police discussing something with a number of folks that may or may not have been quests but it was a loud discussion. up until then our stay was great

Clean, rooms were updated, 10 min walk to the racetrack We had the end room. Loud on the busy intersection and sound goes through walls

The shower was great and they had lovely fluffy white towels. Very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Nice restaurant across the street. The room was small and there were no chairs to sit on only the bed.

The motel was unmanned and empty on a Sunday night. We were giving room 101 which was about 12 feet from a main road. Any other room would have been quieter and safer. I did not feel safe or comfortable staying at this motel. I cannot understand why we were not offered a better room away from the road.

Convenient to downtown, nice shower. Very comfortable room. There were things that need attention, like lamp beside bed had no bulb in it. The refrigerator freezer needed to be defrosted so there was no room to put food in the fridge. There was no Kleenex in the room. Lastly we didn’t use the kuerig as it had a dirty k-cup in it. It would also be great if they provided tea as well.

Very cute! Great design. Huge bed. Nice rooftop patio. Great location, close to downtown. Only one trash can in room, and it was tiny. No ice, anywhere. No sugar for coffee.

Brand new rooms were nice and clean Nothing

Clean. Convenient location. Comfortable. Better clarity in directions to access parking lot. Air conditioning is just ok and filter in our room needed cleaning.

The location is perfect for me. The bed was so comfortable. I wish I could bring the mattress home with me! It took a couple of texts to fix a minor problem. The staff was very helpful and nice to quickly remedy the matter.

Superb

Looked sketchy from the outside, but was pleasantly surprised at the inside. Newly remodeled in a retro style. Very clean and cute.

The hotel was in a location convenient to downtown Saratoga Springs and SPAC (where we were seeing a concert). The room was updated, clean and comfortable. Check in was a little disorganized. Getting into the room took a bit and I had to follow up for the code to get in. A little disappointing that we could not do an early checkin either.
