Bluebird Spa City Motor Lodge

Not fancy but well worth the $$. Great convenient location in the middle of town.

I stay at the Spa City Motor Lodge once a year. Every year I truly enjoy my stay. It is centrally located in the downtown area and I love the walkability to all of the shops and restaurants. The in-room refrigerator comes in very handy. One of the things that I love the most is the coffee station in the common area of the hotel. It is also so well equipped (even has almond milk) and very clean. It also has a still & sparkling water dispenser. This adds so much value to my stay. I would say the only downside is the acoustics of the building tend to make it noisy. I bring a sound machine and it works out fine. I like the modern style of the hotel and I feel I get a lot of value for the price.

Great location right in the middle of town. Perfect spot. For a motel, the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Looks to have been recently renovated. Easy free parking in the garage around the corner. Would definitely stay there again.

The rooms are smartly designed and efficient. Nice toiletries in the bath room with great towels. The beds are very comfortable.

The best thing I can say about this place is it's location. Exactly where we want to be. Otherwise, I'm not sure. The rooms are small which I knew. Our room was directly across from the housekeeper's closet. Not so nice. The bathroom is horrendous. Clean enough, but unless you want to take a scalding shower there is NO water pressure. Often I thought it was going to stop all together. I know the lighting in hotel bathrooms is not great, but they don't even try. The personnel were great. I'm not so sure about next year.

Location The crackling sound in the common area 24/7. The prices per night seemed to vary from on line to people calling for price checks.

Amazing location and immediate outdoor access to the parking lot from the room. A comfortable mattress and fantastic staff. Noise through the walls, but it is a communal central area and has a hostel sort of set up. So yoi should expect a spartan room and to be able to hear your neighbors. Low water pressure in the bathroom and the mini split AC right above the bed could be either a Godsend or a deal breaker for some.

Staff was courteous and professional. Rooms were clean. Location was ideal . Right in the center of town.

Nothing fancy but it is a clean motel with a fantastic location. Staff was friendly and helpful only complaint was check in was a t 4 and our room wasn't ready until 4:45 as they were "waiting for sheets".

My wife was kinda hesitant when I told her I picked a motel in Saratoga Springs. I too was a little bit, with not knowing what to expect, never having heard of it, a lot of uncertainty. We've already decided that we want to come back to Saratoga Springs because the town is so cool and we plan to stay at the Bluebird because it was such a great place. The rooms were clean, the coffee was good, the rooms were cool. It gave off Moxy Boston vibes on a smaller scale. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Second time at the Blue Bird and loved it. Great location and great motel.
