Please update the shower so you can barely fit in them

Great location and reasonable price compared to higher end properties on Broadway

I liked the convenience of the location! Lots to visit nearby…front desk clerks Scooter & Joy were very helpful & welcoming!!

Waited 15 minutes for a glass of wine to take to room around 930 pm while bar woman chatted with a friend at the back of the bar . Felt unclean, old and grungy overall.

Location Had to pay to park

Great location…lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance…hotel could use some accessorizing and updating however it was clean and quiet……Saratoga Springs is a fun weekend getaway….especially during racing season…..Enjoy

Beautiful location. Easy walk to all the local shops and restaurants. For the price of our room, the bathroom was extremely small. Although it appeared clean, minus the occasional stain in the carpet. The lobby is extremely updated, modern and clean. Yet as soon as you get to the two, not well located elevators and upstairs where the rooms are, take you back to the 70s. The hallway rugs are lifting up, and it appeared the staff may have been minimal, because the main walkways were unkept. Slept well, minus the extremely loud slamming doors on our floor.

My car got broken into in the parking lot. Very disappointing

The room was clean & the staff was great. However, cracked tiles, rusted drains and inadequate gym facilitates left a lot to be desired. The restaurant staff was great, but the food was terrible. The Bistro needs a cook that can make eggs etc. Certainly does not meet Hilton Standards Especially at ~$1,000 per night. In dddition we ended up with a Handicapped Room, which had low sinks etc:(

Great location and a nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful

Parking good, thanks alot.

My only criticism is my original room when I arrived was on the ground floor which was very noisy with the staff (next to wash room for the linens, maintenance etc.). There are about 6 rooms located on the floor. I asked to be moved and they were very accommodating.

It was fine

Perfect location to explore downtown!

The restaurant was not clean. Windows r dirty. We ordered pancakes. There was something wrong with the batter. They tasted like sour milk. They were not edible.
-
Clean with a very friendly staff. Room air conditioning only worked marginally after hotel tried to address it multiple times. Great location for shops and restaurants.
-
Just ok for a Hilton. The restaurant was understaffed
-
Great hotel and proximity to the downtown area and racetrack
