Manager was really great and helpful

very shabby building and dining area, staff unfriendly, wifi didn't work well, often not working, food only adequate, annoyed to have to pay for hotel safe.

Nothing Everything

Pool was large but the 1 slide aka the "Aqua park" was only open for 1 hour twice a day. Also no measuring the chemical they chuck in each night to clean the pool. Pool cushions were mouldy and full of hair grease. The young Asian man at the desk was very polite and helpful and the only person who spoke English. He was there only 6 hours. Free shuttle to beach. The attitude of the illiterate staff was disgusting, nobody really spoke English and it's obvious they don't care. Also they do not realise even though we don't speak Turkish we know when they're laughing at us. Very Pervy male staff who blatantly begged for tips constantly even though they are lazy and rude. Food was foul, I actually lost weight.No vegaterian option or vegan as everything was on the same warm serving slab. Cakes were sickening as were the biscuits. Free bar stopped at 22:30 and didn't start till 10:00 so even though it is all in you lose 12 hours daily. WiFi was iffy at best Cleaning was surface only so gunk and leftovers were everywhere. Bulbs broken and fixtures not even wired in. Had to beg for shampoo and toilet rolls. Towels were dirty and slyly put on the bed obviously reused. No safe. Shower flooded after 2 mins. Mosquitos and fleas live here. Turkish men not staying were aloud to roam looking to take advantage of any white intoxicated woman. NEVER AGAIN.

Pool was great and the staff were lovely. Was great to have the free shuttle to the beach as well as the sun loungers there. The food was very average, and some of the property needed a bit of updating - for example the pool lounger cushions were very old and dirty and the dining room felt dingy and not very welcoming.

Clean water in the pool? Shuttle to the beach, its private area with free sunbed? Omelet and pancake bar for breakfast ? Lunch with grilled fish ? Outdated premises ? Flies on the buffet tables? Food in the evening was cheap ready-made from supermarket ?

Food was nice but it is the same every day so got repetitive and boring. Rooms were very dusty and not very clean even though we had a cleaner everyday. Showers barely worked. My children's room was also on the complete other side of the hotel to my room! Also if your child is 16 and above booking.com will tell you that they can stay for free but the hotel charged me an extra 60 quid!!

The hotel was clean enough and the pool area was nice. The food wasnt great their was nothing most days any of the family would eat so we had to eat out everyday would probably stay at the hotel again but not on a AI bases.

Awful hotel, food uneatable Everything

The staff were nice and were very helpful. I thanks to each one. The price was reasonable and there were plenty varieties of food. Our room was near to the garden and we were hearing people conversation and music. The hotel quite far from the centre and there is no any activities around the hotel or in the hotel to entertain guests.

I did not like anything. Luckily it was only 2 nights and that was only because everywhere else was full. Definitely not 4 star. 2 star at most and that’s being generous. From dirty rooms which had broken doors. Filthy bathroom with stained shower glass. Holes in the walls. Noisy aircon. Sleep in the car instead.
