TUI BLUE Sarigerme Park - All inclusive

Excellent location, great food, great beach, great staff.

Everything was good, from beach, to pool, to games, to shows, even the rooms. The gardens are amazing. Food, Food, FOOD!! Please make better food, i know it’s all inclusive but we pay a lot of money per night, so we deserve better food, it’s not the quality but it’s the taste and variety 70% of the food found at the buffet is unknown and uneaten by most guests. Make more international selections and better tasting food, your quality is good but it lacks good taste. You get that feeling that they are feeding you just to fill your belly and not to enjoy the food (especially lunch and dinner). Anyone that has been there will get my point.

Staff was amazingly kind and helpful. We did not come across a single unhappy employee. It was very easy to chat through the app for questions or requests. Facilities were clean. Our room got cleaned well everyday. Food was very diverse and plenty and delicious. It was very obvious that the hotel management and staff cared so much about guests' comfort and made sure everyone had a great vacation. Our family had a great time here. We want to come back! Fitness room could be a bit more bigger given the size of the facilities. Also they offer lots of different work out sessions for guests but they are all outdoors and even though we wanted to attend, we opted out since it was too hot to exercise outdoors. Maybe consider offering some of those indoors with A/C.

Everything, we’ve been coming for 10 years. We travel a lot and this might be one of the best hotels for me in the whole world. Location, sea, beach, rooms, all wonderful. All of the staff are always great. Hope to come back for many more years.

The scenery is fantastic! No picture can show it, you must see it for youself. The territory of the hotel in very big and very beautiful. I definetely recomend to visit it at least once. The water in the sea is very clean, though not deep and wavy, the sand in soft., the beach is huge.The front office is friendly, especially guest relation manager Oksana-she helps a lot. ' The beds are not very comfortabe, especially the sofa bed. Pillows are just awful, very stiff as if you sleep on a stone. The water in the shower changes its temperature on its own: from hot to cold and backwards. The hotel claims that all the rooms are non-smoking, but there are ash-trays on all balconies and the ba[conies stick to each other. So you have smokers next door it becomes a problem. In our case we had heavy smokers on both sides and had to keep the door closed, even at night time could not open it. It's a pity because the air there is fantastic. The food is generally OK, you won't be hungry. What surprised me - they put on the tables the left-overs from the food the day/s before. And NO lunch in the main restoraunt, only in the bar by the sea.

I liked the place. The enjoyed food and weather. Our kids loved to swim in the pool and occasionally in the see. All provided facilities were working and looked nice. Staff was friendly. Nice big territory to walk around. We also stayed at some properties on AirBnb in Fethiye/Oludeniz, but I would prefer this hotel to any of them. There are not a lot of things to do besides eating and swimming in a pool/sea if you're traveling with kids. They do have a playground and some evening animation for kids, but we did not find it very entertaining. Coffee was bad (if you used to drink good coffee). Nothing interesting outside the hotel.

There were so many choices for breakfast, so I was able to try lots of Turkish and Western breakfast items. The same was true for lunch and dinner. My partner is gluten-free and they were so attentive because of that. They had lots of gluten-free items that we could ask for at the back. The buffet had gluten-free items, but it is not recommended if you're celiac. My partner is not celiac so he was able to enjoy most of the items at the buffet, nearly all items were marked with allergens. Surprisingly, we did not drink alcohol as much, but we were able to find most of the drinks we wanted to have. Activities at the resort were fun, but some of them filled out quickly. Archery was very popular; hopefully, I remember her name right, Dicle, was a great teacher. We initially picked this place due to activities and we were not disappointed. With extra fees you can do sailing and diving; my partner did sailing and we also enjoyed a catamaran ride. The people working there were all amazing and helped us greatly whenever we had a question or problem that needed resolving. I thought rooms could be better; the beds were two twin beds pushed together. It was not as comfortable as a single queen/king bed. I think this was something I should have cleared before the reservation, afterward I was too busy to have it fixed. I recommend bringing your own toiletries because there was only "2 in 1" style shower gel(?) provided in the bathroom and the stores in the resort are expensive (the town is 10 minutes walk though)

Very well run, very clean spacious

I really like the grounds of Sarigerme park. Very green. Staff were all very attentive , always smiling and professional. The food was fantastic. The beach and the pools were always looked aftered. The fitness class options and training areas are really good. There is something active to do almost every few hours. Yoga pod especially is beautiful. The general manager Ali is very attentive and helpful with any requests . Muammer at beach bar was especially great. Always looking after you and very friendly. Also would like to mention the hair salon on site, both the lady and the gentlemen works there are very professional and great at their jobs . ( this is of course extra) The rooms are cleaned regularly if you’d like to and all the staff is fantastic. Highly recommend Tui Sarigerme Park Plastic glasses at the beach bar can improve

Very nice location (close to the airport), beautiful nature around, super friendly staff (all of them seem to love kids!), shops inside the hotel if you forgot something or ran out (e.g. diapers or toys to play in the sand). Our baby loved baby pool (15cm deep) and spent most of the time there splashing around. Fruit and some snacks are on offer all the time 24x7! Would be nice to have baby food (veg and meat purees without salt/sugar) at lunch/dinner. We struggled a little bit to find food for our 10 months old which he would eat so he basically ate fruit all the time (he didn't mind though!). Also personally I found the mattress not the most comfy one but that was minor.

We also recommend the à la carte restaurant, Levante—it was absolutely delicious and added to the overall fantastic dining experience at the hotel. Additionally, we want to thank Guven at the front desk, Emine, our morning waitress, Didem, our afternoon waitress, and all the other restaurant staff for making our stay so memorable. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. Overall, this hotel provided us with an amazing experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay with excellent service, food, and accommodations.
