A+ for food, A+ for location, the place is designed to live there forever, great food selection, fantastic personel Had initial hiccup with my rook situation. I had contacted them months in advance of what I wanted and was not accommodated. They could have arranged it knowing full well in advance.

Night shows weren't much fun in my opinion.

Everything! Landscape, layout, staff, food, sea, no children..... everything was gorgeous!

The hotel truly exceeded the expectations! The marvelous location with its private beach and calm sea waters. The food was delicious in buffet and in the a la carte restaurant, for the week we didn't get tired of the food variety which was surprising for us. And I specifically want to thank hotel for all the various options of the sport and entertainment activities: we did yoga, hiking, archery, zumba and many more. During the week we enjoyed so much so we actually didn't want to leave the hotel for the tours or excursions. The hotel is very calm (no children, no loud music), that provided us the opportunity to truly recharge.

Food was amazing, and all facilities were great. This was our second visit in this property, we were remembering a better and clean beach in our previous visit.

Resorts in quite , secluded area , staff is very attentive, clean, nice rooms, shuttle to the beach/bars/restaurants/pool area /reception etc every 10 min, great food variety , amazing place for couples that want to relax , private beach , water is clean Sand at the beach is a bit dark but the water is clean , would be better if sand is replaced with a whitish color or add pebble in the water, this would just make this place AMAZING , but overall amazing beach

All the service is friendly and professional. It's very calming place good to rest your soul. Couldn't get soap and Kese in Turkish Hamam. They don't provide it unfortunately if you don't buy a package from them

The best feature of this hotel is the excellent service of all staff, everyone of them are doing their best to make sure that the clients are being offered the top quality service, and I felt that they are genuine and personally care about the customers which made a big difference. Everybody from reception, to restaurant, to concierge, to bar attendants, ..etc. did an amazing job! What we also valued is that the reception was so helpful and courteous in assigning us a room which was near to main restaurant and the big pool, something which we highly appreciated it. What I also noticed is the wide variety of high quality food in every meal at the main restaurant. From fresh squeezed fruit juices, to the wide selection of all kinds of foods: healthy options, diet options, salads, main courses made from a wide selections of meat, chicken, sea food, and last but not least the great and yummy selection of sweets and desserts which were very well done and it shows how much effort, time, cost were put to make them in that perfect way. The location of night activities/attractions are not the best, since not all attending people have access to watch either because the numbers are more than the available seats or the show is located in a place lower than the spectators eye sight with obstructions (the main pool), so all you can do is hear the show but can't really see unless you sit in the first raw if seats which were mostly occupied. On another note, the numbers of mosquitos and other insects are high due to the hotel location in a densely green area, even though the hotel is doing their due diligence in spraying the hotel with insect repellents, but still I was bitten in several places and had a hard time treating that when I got back home. Therefore, I recommend that people who are sensitive to insect bites to bring mosquitos repellents with them.

Exceptional

The beach, the food, especially at breakfast and lunch. The shuttle bus drivers were friendly. Delighted I went in October/November..I would say it's too busy in the summer. The hills, but nothing you can do about it. It's worth it for the beach. No airport transfers. Taxis to airport are pricey.

Apart form a superb restaurant and really well maintained gardens, archery lessons were a cherry on the cake. I finally found a hobby thanks to the coach. Bar could have been better. I did not drink any alcohol and was a bit disappointed. Lidl-style selection. Bad coffee. Well, it is a hotel for Germans following their standards... However, there was absolutely no problem with drinking water.

We had the perfect stay at this hotel - from the food to the staff. We are excited to visit again next year!

Amazing hotel, rooms were spacious and very clean, stuff is very attentive and friendly. There are so many things to do that we were fully consumed by the hotel activities throughout our entire stay. Don't even get me started on the buffet, the variety, the quality, everything was perfect. Special point goes to the sea, due to the beach hidden in a little lagoon, there is almost no waves even when the sea gets a bit stormy. The beach is super clean. The hotel has entertainment every night and it was fun and engaging and high quality. There were sports classes and gym with enough equipment for a little workout. Definitely considering coming back to this hotel Tiny little things, nothing significant. But the hotel is located on the hill and there is quite a hike depending on where your room is. There are plenty of shuttle cars going all day long but if you want to take a walk it has to be either uphill or downhill. Our room was on the very top, right next to one of the pool (which was an advantage) and an opportunity to take a hike was quite necessary given the abundance of tasty food :) But some people can find it problematic.

This hotel is an oasis. Really perfect. No other words. Zero. Nothing. It was all good!

Everything about this resort is on point! The staff, the rooms, the food, the drinks, the facilities; everything! They even gave us some check-out gifts which made us even more sad we were leaving this paradise. Nothing.
