No sound isolation, small rooms, needs renovation, not worth it for the price

The room doesn't have air conditioning. Coming from U.S.A we need the air-conditioning and set it up according to our needs.

Location, Parking, breakfast, near the shops Bathroom could do with an upgrade i.e. loose the bath tub.

Decent sized room with a nice bathroom. The wooden floor-blocks were very loose and were easy to trip over.

We experienced a rude and insulting incident when having breakfast. We were asked for room no before going in. That is usual and acceptable. But a few minutes later, another staff shouted across the room asking us the room no. That is not an acceptable attitude. Why are we targeted? Breakfast spread just the common type, apple not fresh. Nothing to shout about especially across the room for everyone to hear.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and staff was friendly. There is a superstore right across the street, which is very convenient. Slightly far from city center. Easiest mode of transport is taxi when traveling to and from the hotel.

Comfy beds and warm rooms 1. WiFi connection not working properly (not even worth listing the hotel as WiFi included). The connection did not reach our room at all (and we were just on the first floor). Only worked a bit whilst in the breakfast lounge. 2. We checked in at 10.30pm and wasn’t possible to have a packet of crisps and a drink from the bar which was already shut. Although there were three people at reception but no one could serve us a drink. We felt it was a bit too early for a hotel bar to shut by 10.30pm. 3. Breakfast closes fairly early, considering most hotels have breakfast service till 10am. We did not like the fact that we arrived at the breakfast area at 09.10am and by 09.20am the members of staff started taking away the buffet food to prepare for closing time. If breakfast finishes at 09.30am I would expect the food to be taken away from that time not before. Also, the breakfast time was made very unpleasant by a member of staff who opened two doors - one on the left hand side and the other on the right hand side of the room. This made the room very cold given the circulation of air created by opening 2 doors opposite to each other (considering outside was just about over 11/12 degrees)

Location ideal, walking distance to Saronno centre, near motorway. Secure garage. Breakfast is very poor. At least invest in a better coffee machine with good strong coffee, your hotel is in Italy after all!! Mattress on bed was too soft: invest in firm mattresses.

Staff were friendly. Quick exit off the Autostrada for an easy overnight on our 2 day drive. Affordable. Clean room. Decent breakfast. A little outdated, but for the price understandable. Parking in garage option was awesome. However, our vehicle was too large, our fault not theirs, was a little uneasy leaving it in outdoor park.

Near to autostrada, an ideal resting point before or after roads and tunnels in Switzerland... Free parking, clean, cozy...

Location and friendly staff and parking Sheets in the bed were too small- breakfast at 7.30 no fruit nor natural yaourt or hard boiled eggs .. any more … only processed food left

the hotel is located close to the highway, which suited us very well, the hotel has a lot of parking space, the rooms are quite large. the hotel is a bit old but it was clean and that's the important thing. average breakfast, coffee from a machine ;(

Room was ok, comfortable enough for one night. Bathroom was very well presented. Breakfast was excellent with fantastic choice, set out perfectly. Underground parking was a bonus, but be careful it's tight getting down to the spaces A few minor details. Safe didn't work, probably needed batteries. Kettle had a different plug, so took a little working out, on the other side of the room as it turned out. Shame the restaurant has had bad reviews. Wifi not great, I even doubted whether it was secure.
