Staff was rude and unhelpful Well, hospitality means that you learn to take care of the guests in a variety of ways. The staff was incredibly rude, especially the front desk.

nothing I booked a room for my wife for 3 nights. It turned out they don't have a 24-hour reception and don't let guests in at night. They suggested waiting outside for 6 hours until the hotel opens. Although the room was already paid for, we had to take a room in another hotel for one night so as not to be left on the street.

Decent breakfast, quite room, competitive price, distance to railway station Saronno. The room was very cold.

Quiet and 15min walk to train station. Trains run every 7min to Milano but some trains take longer than others. The staff were all lovely friendly ladies. The rooms are very noisy. You can hear every footstep in the corridor and every movement of the room next door. They are however clean and of decent size.
