Since I was staying there on a business trip, I wasn’t able to try out the pool or the breakfast options. However, the room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and met my expectations. Overall, I have no negative comments about the hotel. The check-in and check-out processes, as well as all the facilities I used during my stay, were satisfactory

Great hotel for easy access to MXP airport. Quick walk from Saronno train station. Great pool and gym facility. Aldi and a great pizza place in walking distance in addition to restaurant at hotel. No issues with property.

Great location to stay one night before our flight home. Wonderful breakfast and felt well taken care of. We were upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise on the last day of our trip.

Clean staff is very helpful. They were available for any of my family’s needs. The bedding was so comfortable and a great selection of pillows. The breakfast was amazing Not in the best area. And to have a charge to park in a secure parking was absurd

Competent staff, nice facility, comfortable rooms, decent value and excellent breakfast. I appreciated that it was nearby the train station and close to everything in town. Wish there were stations to charge cell phones but that's a minor issue.

The room was clean and spacious. The pool was very nice. Location next to the station so I can go to the airport. Restaurant was mediocre and overpriced for the bad taste. The fact that they don’t warn you that you need hats for the pool and then sell them for 5€. Bathtub was small and they only gave us 1 pair of slippers for 2 people.

Whenever I travel to Milan (business or leisure) i stay at the Starhotel Grand Milan - this must have been the twentieth time. A great stopover for continued travel also. Excellent location, well kept rooms, effecient booking process, great and helpful staff, parking . The whole package in positive terms. Thanks again for your hospitality and see you in 2 weeks. nothing to add here
