The 24h reception service, which is important. Easy to locate while driving. Parking difficult, busy road. Special arrangement needed for basement parking.

Breakfast was good We booked for 2 adults and 1 child, with label “free stay of child”. This meant that our son had to sleep in our bed!! When we asked for an extra bed/crib, they said they didn’t have any and moved us to another room, charging 30€ more. In the new room there was a strong sewage smell that never went away. The toilet paper holder was broken, and although the air conditioner was working, the unit itself was damaged. Not at all good value for money. We’ll never go back.

Lorenzo from the front desk was friendly, helpful. Super nice guy. The apartment was clean and spacious. Beds comfy. Free parking in front of the hotel or you can pay for private parking. The free breaksfast was really good, lots of options. No A/C in the bedrooms, only in the living room.

We had a generally positive stay. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Communication with the hotel was smooth and prompt — everything was well organized, including bringing our dog along; we received all the necessary information ahead of time. There was an unfortunate incident: we parked in the free lot outside the hotel, and someone broke a window in our car and stole a bag. Fortunately, we were able to recover the bag, and the hotel was very helpful in coordinating its return/shipping to us. As a tip, if you’re driving a car with non-Italian plates, it may be worth paying for parking on the hotel’s premises rather than using the free outside lot for added peace of mind. The bathroom could be a bit cleaner.

Where nice breakfast wss nice no parking issue. We went to Lake Come after next day so it was middle of airport and Lake como. Without going to Milano center. Reasonable good.
