Strategic location: Just off the highway, and close to Lake Como and Milan Frictionless: Fast, efficient, minimum fuss check-in and other interactions. Staff is very friendly and courteous Room: Sizable, clean, and tastefully modern. Bed was comfortable. Parking: Ample General: Unlike many "highway side hotels" that are a bit tired, this one was fresh, modern and well maintained and run. The lobby and common areas are nice and airy. Breakfast: Acceptable - plentiful but not much variety and quality was 'meh'. Its a small quibble, but I felt the general standard of the hotel warranted better.

Everything was great. It was clean, comfortable, had electric charging station. The water pressure was amazing and the breakfast was also good. I only had a not so nice interaction with the night shift staff. Someone had parked in the electric car spot, and I asked him to figure out who it was but checking camera maybe or seeing who checked in, in the last 10 minutes. But he was not really interested to help.

The breakfast had a good variety and the staff were nice and helpful. I selected this property because booking.com said it had an airport shuttle. There is no airport shuttle and we had to take an expensive taxi to the airport.

Parking was always available. The hotel looked new. The breakfast is limited and not diverse.

This is not a 4 star hotel be any stretch of imagination. Only one thin towel in the room. There was a bug in the room. Only one thin pillow for each person. Mattress was the cheapest mattress I have ever seen in a hotel room. Restaurant was horrible. Breakfast was OK for a 2-3 star hotel. Service, bug in the room, horrible bed.

Overall, the breakfast is okay, but it lacks variety (especially considering this is a 4-star hotel). What was particularly surprising — and we are in Italy, after all! — was the absence of a coffee machine. Instead, there was just a thermos with black coffee. However, you can order a cappuccino separately for an additional charge (so there’s probably a coffee machine in the restaurant kitchen). Having a professional coffee machine available would also solve the issue with hot water — the 1-liter kettle is not sufficient and is constantly empty.

This Hotel is just off the highway and perfect as an overnighter.

Pros: Comfortable bed and room temperature. Breakfast had enough options. Parking is free and enough spaces just by the front door. Hotel is located in an industrial area, so it was peaceful and quiet at night. There's a restaurant onsite, though we didn't try it. Conveniently located near the highway for an overnight stop. Cons: I suppose a car is required as public transport options doesn’t seem to exist. Not much around the area.

Large rooms. Good location if coming by car. Free parking in the garage. Breakfast was not fresh, two mornings and both were not fresh at all. Bathroom had mold stains, especially on the shower head.
