I had a very pleasant experience at the Country Inn Savannah Inn Suites hotel. I will plan to stay in their properties again. I have no complaints.

Our door for the shower broke completely off… The room smelled… There was a crack in the bathroom floor… There wasn’t enough towels and tissue in the room. Also no trash bag for the trash can… It was very hot in the hallways and elevators. They made me put a $50 deposit in which I haven’t received back yet. The pool was closed due to the Health dept closing it… Breakfast could have been better.

One of the rooms we reserved was not cleaned. There were blood stains on the bed sheets. The towels were dirty. And the carpet was dingy. We asked for another room and was told none were available. After stressing our disappointment in the conditions of the room (repeatedly), miraculously another room were available. Customer service at this property is not good. And the staff's attitudes were horrible.

I switched from 3 rooms and all were dirty nasty and I didn't even have towels and couldn't even get a refund or nothing

Room was clean.pool was clean and nice. Have suggestions for food places ( not little ceasers for pizza).😂 have some local places for out of towner folks to try

The bathroom tub was peeling and mold was on the ceiling. The fridge was cooling properly. There was a lot of sketchy people walking around cars trying to break in

The only thing that appeared to be clean about the whole place were the sheets and towels. If it weren’t for that, we would have not even stayed one night. As a matter of fact we only stayed one of the two nights we booked. My wife went to the store and bought cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom, Mold and hairs in the shower. The pictures that they put on the website DO NOT reflect the reality of what the place looks like. The pool had been closed by the health department. I would absolutely not recommend a stay at this place, I would discourage it. We read reviews only after leaving and they reflect what we experienced. It’s obvious that upper management either doesn’t read their own reviews or they don’t care or both, because it appears that there is no effort to improve anything.

We checked out and booked another hotel nearby.

The facility and room was rundown. I woke up with roach on the wall and spider in my bed. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The showed and doorknob was also faulty. I’ll never stay at a country inn ever again

The room I booked was a different room then two queen's then there were white stains on the sofa disgusting. I was given another room two twin beds my room I booked was a king room.

This hotel is dirty! The carpet was stinky and dirty. The bedsheets had stains and worst of all we saw roaches! In my roach and a dead roach in the lobby. It was disgusting never again!
