Very good. Front desk people were very helpful. Location is close to drug store for last minute items.

What I like the most about this hotel was the staff, very friendly, respectful and efficient.

The external look of the property looks really nice. However, the rooms smell like pets and the carpet are dirty. I recorded a roach in the bathroom and showed it to the front desk manager and she did not seem surprised. The water in the tub would back up after every shower. After changing my room the smell of pets still illuminated in the carpet. I was completely unhappy about the room quality. Smoke detector was missing, the ceiling had several cracks,and plaster hanging. It was very noise at 6 am in the morning , we was in room 124 next to the lobby bathroom and breakfast area so people was loud. We was moved to room 102 and not much of a real different. We paid about $130.00 per night for mediocre hotel accommodation. We wasn’t offer a reimbursement just another stinky room change. I would not recommend this hotel .

The location was very convenient for our trip. The television was not a smart tv. And I was very upset that we were at breakfast and someone was in the area with a dog. I don’t consider that being clean for dogs to be in the same area as food.

This hotel was well situated for exploring Savannah. There was ample parking and restaurants close enough to walk after a long day of driving. The lady that checked us in was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel and our room were spacious and very clean. They had good quality bath products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion) available in the room. The free breakfast has a good selection of high quality items. I tend to like rooms super cold when I sleep. The air conditioner was absolutely fine for most people, it just didn't get as cold as I prefer. Very minor issue with the bathroom door scraping the floor when you opened or closed it. I imagine it was just swollen in the humidity, but I felt bad for the people below us.

Everything was excellent, super easy check in and out, pool was clean and the staff was very helpful with anything we needed. The only downside to our stay was the comfort of our bed, there was a huge dip in the middle of it and made it nearly impossible to stay sleeping soundly without moving every 30 minutes to get out of the dip.

Hotel needs updating, the room was very musty, not super clean either. The area was behind things & in a unkempt area.

It was a very nice room and hotel. The room was clean and neat. Our room didn't get cleaned or fresh towels our last day for some reason. That wasn't good. The breakfast service had some challenges. They ran out of food 3 out of the 4 mornings we were there. The pancake machine was only working when I was there my last day. And the guava juice ran out on my 3rd and 4th am. Need better breakfast people. And the pool had an incident where it needed to be cleaned and it took 2 days to get to it. I never got to go swimming. Otherwise pleasant stay.

The staff was friendly and attentive,the room was clean and had extra towels didn't need to ask for replenishment. The breakfast was good and had different types of food for everybody. Always can count on your hotel

The hotel was not well maintained. We booked a room with a pull out bed and had to go in search of extra linens and towels. There were people above us stomping around all hours of the night and the staff was not helpful with resolving the issue.
