Gateway Inn - Savannah

Everything. The staff was rude. They only offer 30 minutes late check out. The room had a weird odor, no tissue and terrible water pressure. I booked for a king and was downgraded to a queen.

This was the absolute most horrid experience I have ever had with a hotel do not stay at the Gateway on Abercorn in Savannah Georgia the staff is rude the accommodations in our case were awful Although our reservation was for a double they put us in a single told me I could sleep in the same bed with my brother gross we're grown now also they were using the room that they put us in as a storage facility for furniture and they made certain to let us know that we were not allowed to use it rude unhelpful offensive three words I would use to describe Gateway on Abercorn Savannah Georgia

Nice professional, The room aren't clean and sanitize well, they had bed bugs and roaches. They sprayed but still haven't got control of pest. The room smell like dirt mop water, bathroom aren't clean well and sheet need upgrade they guest sometimes cause sleepless nights

Only the location The property was absolutely filthy. I couldn’t even wash my face because the sink was so dirty that it made me feel sick. The bedspread looked disgusting, and the entire room smelled damp and moldy. I couldn’t take a shower because the bathtub was filthy as well. I turned off the air conditioner because it was too cold, but about two hours later it stopped working completely. When I called the front desk for help, instead of assisting me, the staff responded rudely and asked, “Why are you already having problems after only two hours?” The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. Otherwise, I strongly recommend paying an extra $20 for a cleaner place. After a long day of traveling, you deserve a clean bed and a clean shower.

It's a decent.It's clean if you just looking for a place to sleep for the night or two nothing special, no razzlin dazzle just a bed and a TV.
