The bathroom had a water leakage from the ceiling.

Great hotel. It is newer so definitely maintained well. All of the staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast and evening bites and drinks was great. The only issue we had was super minor. We booked for three people and there were only two towels so we had to ask for another towel and the front desk person did not understand and kept saying we needed to put the other towels outside our room. Really not an issue at all and it was fixed super easy. The hotel was clean and quiet.

Property was nice. 2 things that I was not pleased with the shower was dirty, had to wear flip flops because it was disgusting and the breakfast was mid. Not a lot of flavor.

Was well located as I was in town for bananaball game Initially room I was allocated was unsatisfactory 601 too noisy. Phone did not connect down to front desk I had to use my own phone to call a. Number of time during my stay I did advise them of this. I had a missing bag delivered by an airline na requested to be called as soon as it did. I only found out after tracking the AirTag that was in it. The outdoor furniture could be in better condition it appeared weathered and nor inviting to sit on

This hotel was very clean and modern. Bed was so comfortable and lovely the black out curtains. Free parking and breakfast was an added bonus. And above all, the staff was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating.
