When I check out, I was told I could not get a receipt. And was not sure when my money will be put back on my card.

The service, ammenities and the staff were great. I just had issues with my TV and electronics in the room. The phone was also on the fritz.

Breakfast was good, staff friendly. The floor in our room was filthy. Hadnt been mopped in ages or is mopped with dirty water. My socks cleaned it nicely. Ick.

As we were visiting the Catholic Diocese, this hotel was the perfect location right off Abercorn and amongst quite a few local shops.... We had no problem finding it and the amenities we great.... !! There is nothing I personally saw wrong ...with the hotel... our view from the window was an empty parking lot but I cannot fault the hotel for this.... But really Was Not Bothered by this...
