Small room…king bed. Not much rom to move around. Breakfast so so. Not as good as other Marriots

Easy access and a nice quiet place

The tub had obviously not been cleaned. There was a paper cup from a nearby amusement park sitting on the ledge of the tub, that someone before us left. There was a significant amount of hair on the sides and in the tub. The pillowcases were turned inside out. There was a plastic lid to a bottle that was on the floor in the hall. It stayed on the floor the whole time we were there.

The location worked for us as it was within 20 minutes of all the attractions we planned on going to. And many restaurants close by. The service was very bad. Your employees at the front desk are always on their personal phones. The phone in our room didn't work. It was replaced twice, then staff member determined that the problem for phone not working was in the wall. Asked for towels before we left in morning and when we returned after dinner, we had no towels. The person cleaning the breakfast area used the same dirty cloth from cleaning the tables, to also wipe down the paper cups. Then with same towels cleaned the inside of the dispensing machines. Not sanitary! Two mornings there was no paper plates. Knocked on the door many times, but the girl didn't hear me as she was listening to music. I just opened the door and went in to tell her about the plates. Felt that some of the employees had pride in their job, others didn't.

The breakfast was "lame." Salty scrambled eggs, continual lack of hot water and coffee and dried and/or stale wrapped muffins and pastries. A disappointing way to start one's day.

Great location but hotel was very run down and is in need of massive repairs. A/C and vent fans were so loud it made it hard to sleep. Staff was ok.

Then general manager did apologize at 9 am but did not offer any refund. Don’t stay here!

Shower lining was hanging on just two snap buttons, the rest were missing. The dead bolt lock not working. The TV had no signal. The top for the coffee cup was too small, both in the room and the dining area. Told the desk person the following morning to fix the issues for the next guest. I have always had good experience with Fairfield, but this was the worst. Thank goodness we were tired when we arrived and are not TV watchers. We only spent one night. We left the next day as scheduled.

Good complimentary breakfast, except they ran out of paper plates. Double beds. Too small for 2 people.

Breakfast was OK for a low-end hotel. We expected a much better accommodation than we received.

We called down to let them know our tv was not working, the man on the other end of line said “uh huh” and I asked if someone could come by to fix it. He said “uh huh” but when we returned that night it was not fixed. Tried calling front desk again, no answer. Husband went downstairs and front desk guy was outside smoking. He went to the store and came back, front desk guy was still outside smoking and walked away when my husband came toward the entrance, so he didn’t ask a third time. When checking out, I let the man know that no one ever fixed the tv, he said “it was the repair guys day off but he’s coming today.” Doesn’t really help us now that we have checked out. Staff seems overworked and stretched thin.

its a very old hotel needs lots of repairs

Location was good. Room was small, but cozy. Staff were very helpful. Continental breakfast was good. For the price you’d think the rooms would have a little better amenities. Seemed a little pricy for what was in the rooms. Walls were also paper thin. Made it hard to sleep.

My husband's and i stayed at the Fairfield Inn for several days and the staff were very helpful especially Kacey. Great location and convenient to the airport.

Location was close to airport. The breakfast was very nice and had a good selection of food.

Dirty rooms. The bed was filthy and we had bugs crawling on us that looked like bed bugs when the lights went off. Hotel changed our room to then give us a “new clean room” inspected the bed and didn’t find any dirt or bug like issues but did find crushed candy in the carpet and food behind the TV.

Room was clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff. There were small treats, such as chocolates and cookies that were appreciated. Wish the bathroom was a little bigger.

Location was excellent with close proximity to mall shopping, highway and South Portland. 15 minute drive to beautiful Pine Point Beach. King bed was very comfortable, and A/C maintained a consistent room temperature; comfortably furnished. Nice linens. Shower had excellent water volume/pressure. No pool. Patio area was not very clean or organized. Breakfast was not very good - powdered scrambled eggs. poor selection of cereals and yogurt etc. But did have a waffle station if you have time.
