Pleasant staff, room nice and clean. Let us check in early. Great sea view. Good basics facilitys but dated. Overpriced for what you got. No breakfast.

Friendly greeting by staff on arrival, easy to find, parking permit easy to sort out Room very small with an even smaller bathroom, dated decor, poor bathroom facilities: no toiletries just bar of soap, tiny sink and a metal rail above it that I nearly hit my head on while trying to wash in the sink, grouting issues visible, loose screw on the floor panel for the door that was stood on and hurt my foot)

Great location. Perfect for a weekend or for a night out A little dated, the single rooms look out onto the road at the back. Didn’t serve breakfast on Saturday or Sundays

Perfect location for a gig at Scarborough Open Air. Friendly staff and lovely room. Just right for what we needed. Nothing. Great place. Little bit of advice is get there good time for parking.

Location and room very comfortable. Close for Spa, Harbour or Open Air Theatre. Really simple check in and assistance with parking permit. No breakfast facilities. Bedroom facing out to street, needs a net curtain or similar in the window for privacy.

The view was brilliant. The room smelt of cigarette smoke when we arrived, the bed was seriously uncomfortable.

Perfect location for the Open Air Theatre. Beautiful sea view from our room. Clean inside room with plenty of tea,coffee and sugar. The bathroom. Awful dated shower with no mat at the bottom making it very slippery and dangerous. The shower is literally around 18 inches off the floor, you literally have to step into it. The loo roll holder fell off the wall. Needs a bit of TLC. Ok for one or two nights, wouldn't like a week there.

First time been to Scarborough and couldn’t of picked a better place, staff were lovely and friendly the room was comfy and clean. The view was outstanding across the bay! Would definitely come stay again hopefully soon!
