Lift doors noisy and awkward to shut. Tge windows rattled in the wind and steamed up badly. The man on reception could have been a little more welcoming and smile. Enjoyed the stay but rather expensive

The property is 2 200 year old townhouses and is amazing. It is spotlessly clean , nothing is too much trouble for the staff and the attention to detail is amazing! Staff even went out to get lactose free milk did me which is above and beyond all expectations. Cannot rate it highly enough I liked everything!

The hotel was warm, welcoming and exceptionally clean. Lovely, spacious room, plenty of wardrobe space and all the usual facilities- really liked The White Company toiletries! A special mention for the ladies who serviced our room- they were very efficient and very friendly.

Had a lovely time. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the bedroom was lovely and warm. The iron and ironing board was an excellent addition to the room. We will definitely bring coming back soon.
