Met all expectations.

The breakfast was nothing special

It was very dirty and had about 4 spider 🕷 webs on it. In the night time there were about 3spiders crawling on the balcony

Spacious

It was clean and modern. Most importantly the beds were super comfortable. There were no surprises! Access to a very nice restaurant and the view of the Hudson River was appreciated.

Loved the property and staff

We have stayed here before with no problems. But this time the shower streamed water out the side of the sprocket getting the floor soaked. We got back there late at night, so we weren't going to call someone up when we had kids to get to sleep. Then my daughter got in her bed and there was candy and candy wrappers in the bed. So they didn't change the sheets from their prior guest. We won't be going back there again.

Absolutely amazing hotel! I would definitely be staying there again. Overall cleanliness was great. Staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and accommodating. Continental breakfast was okay, but overall it was a great stay! Thank you Homewood suites!

Exceptional

Everything was good except for the pool. Breakfast was good, room was clean and view was great. Staffs were nice and helpful. Only not perfect part is the pool. Dead bugs in the pool for three days and no showers there. Only bathroom in the pool area has a not cleaned toilet.

The foucet in the mens restroom did not work no paper towels to dry your hands. The staff at the dinning area was rude and not helpful.

Suites are large with many amenities. Hot breakfast. Friendly Staff.

I really appreciated the staff, so courteous. If we needed anything, they were there for us. The room was spotless, and the breakfast was phenomenal. Such great hot food to choose from.

The staff texted daily to ask if we needed anything. The kitchenette was well appointed and the room was spacious. The bath was spacious and clean as well. The pool was clean and our daughter was thrilled with the view of the trains passing through several times per day. The room was quiet and the grounds were lovely.

Room was clean. Comfortable bed. Hot water was not too hot that was fixed.
