Extended Stay America Premier Suites - San Antonio - Schertz

Room was very clean. However, the carpet in hallway looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while and there was a pile of towels outside a room’s door that stayed the entire time we were there.

No cups in the room.

The breakfast was very good. Lots of snacks. The room smelled badly of smoke and cleaning spray in attempt to mask it. All of our clothing still smells of smoke two days later, even things we didn’t wear that were in our suitcases. Also, no hairdryer available.

Amazing stay! The staff was great and very helpful. Rooms were clean and plenty of useful stuff in the rooms! They also had full size refrigerators which is great! Will 100% be back on our next trip

Yeah, clean rooms but as far as breakfast was concerned, there wasn’t none. Coffee was only there during the breakfast hours and if you’d like packaged eggs that have probably been packaged two or three months prior to you can have some breakfast but there’s only five or six little packs for the whole motel. No room service was available or if you wanted room service you had to ask and pay for it will never stay there again.

Breakfast was non existent, only hard boiled eggs and yogurt. Bathroom needs work, staff upon check in were great

I called the front desk, and they did speak to the guests, but about 15 minutes later the loud music started again. When I called back, I was told by Debbie at the front desk that she could not call the police because it would disturb other guests. Meanwhile, we were the guests being disturbed and were unable to sleep. I also asked about receiving a refund because we essentially paid for a hotel room that we could not comfortably sleep in, but I was told that was not possible. I understand that hotels cannot completely control the behavior of every guest, but I do expect management to properly handle repeated noise complaints and protect the experience of the guests who are following the rules. Unfortunately, that did not happen here, and I would not stay at this hotel again.

We had a very nice stay very comfortable and super clean staff was so helpful and friendly also welcomed our fur baby thank you totally recommend.

Hay Fantasmas

The location, cleanliness, dog friendly, and the rooms had a refrigerator, 2 burners & a huge wall in shower. The WiFi didn’t work. Also paid for the extended wifi but was only able to use it on my iPad. Didn’t work on my phone or other devices. Breakfast was okay, and I would have love the coffee to be available all day.

The property was the staff were nice when you could find them. Breakfast was a joke. But I was there for a week with only two towels

We rented two rooms. The three of us agreed that this hotel is a hidden Gem since it was super comfortable. The hotel is brand new, quiet and super clean. The common areas did not feel crowded or loud like other hotels. Loved how modern everything is. The sheets and towels super soft. We also loved how kind and courteous the employees were. We will be back!
