Everything All was really great

The room and the bed for the kids were really comfy! Unfortunately the panorama, from our balcony we could only see the parking. It’s a pity with a hotel with sea view, not sure if there were family rooms with sea view available when I booked.

Location was perfect. It was close to everything, including public transportation. Our balcony was also a highlight of our stay. It was great for watching sunset and bringing in a breeze. Additional fee for the sauna/steam room.

Excellent hotel stayed for three days, very enjoyable stay. The beaches were next to the hotel with some great bars and eating places Breakfast was a bit over priced

The location is excellent — one of the hotel's real strengths. The property is clean, the lobby and interior design are attractive, and the restaurant staff were pleasant and polite, easily the best part of the stay. Breakfast was acceptable. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. I chose this hotel largely for its location and its private garage — yet on arrival I was told the garage was full and sent to a nearby car park, which was also full. I waited a long time just to take a departing car's space. No apology, no alternative, no assistance. With the car parked away from the building, I had to carry my luggage up in three separate trips, and nobody offered to help with the bags. At check-out I was late and was charged a late check-out fee immediately — with no consideration for the parking the hotel had failed to provide, and no goodwill for the trouble it caused. I had booked one of the highest room categories, so this is not about a few tens of euros. It is about appreciation, and about a hotel's willingness to acknowledge and make up for its own shortcomings. Simply providing the parking I had booked on — or showing a little flexibility at check-out — would have left a very good impression. Instead, insisting on strictness after failing to deliver what was promised left the opposite one.

The hotel was in a fantastic location for the beach and was easy. The rooms were spacious and the hotel is aesthetically pleasing. Evening restaurant staff were very very lovely. So many food options close by. The pillows were horrific. I didn’t sleep the whole tile I was there as I was so uncomfy which is a shame as the beds are so comfy. Poor quality, over used and bumpy. The cups in the room aren’t changed, they are washed my staff who clean the room in the bathroom sink which tells me they aren’t washed properly. I would expect them to wash them in a dishwasher and wash them so then I question how clean the hotel actually is . The pool is very small you can’t really swim in it.
