Strandhotel Scheveningen

Excellent location, facilities were clean, stuff was very friendly and breakfast was very good. There was no AC in the rooms, but fine for me - I could cool down the room during the night.

All good.

Parking was unfortunately expensive due to location. But if you are enjoying the strand for a day or two it isn't a problem but not great for an overnight stay.

The breakfast itself was delicious, and the breakfast room had an amazing view of the sea! Nice staff, comfy room Maybe more covers in the room, it was cold at night

- the coziness of the rooms. - the space of the apartment - helpful and friendly staff at the reception - the synergy between the room colors and the beach is amazing - one of the nice thing, if you need to sit in a calm place, you can sit at the lobby with free coffee and tea and homemade cakes. And the kids could enjoy coloring as well :) - beautiful location close to the beach and endless restaurants Nothing. Probably they could provide some tissues and dishes.

Wonderfull location. Almost on the beach. We could see the sea from our room. The Hotel has a great atmosphere. Breakfast was simple, but with the view of the sea made up for everythiong. Well, maybe an elevater. Stair were pretty steep. I came with my mum, and at almost 80, she did struggle a bit.

Great location, quite near beach. Very friendly and helpful staff, The family room is spacious and clean, the price is reasonable. No safe box

Beautiful hotel and great location

Walks on the beach in the early mornings and walking to the lobby for free coffee and for the kids hot cocoa there’s also free popsicles there and biscuits also the breakfast was buss People outside looked through the windows and looked at me while I was changing.

Great location and also the hotel offers coffee tea cookies all included in the same price. Has a great view of the sea from the sitting room. A really small bathroom, the room was located at the main floor facing a small garden where people could enter and relax, not the best.

Very old, outdated hotel, microscopic single room located on top of steep stairs, extremely expensive for its value (almost paid 150 eur per night for a room which was probably not more than 6 to 8 m2 and a very small bathroom)... very bad ! I would not recommend ! You have a series of hotel around which are modern... I wanted to try this one as the pictures at least looked good... that was a mistake !

Breakfast is excellent. Location right on the beach!! Old style hotel with wonderful common spaces and spacious rooms. Lovely sea views. Bigger bathroom

The staff, the location and the smell One of the windows allowed the windy time to create a whistle which was constantly waking me up Also the toilet was too small, which made it very dificult to shave as it was almost impossible to put my hear on top of the bathroom sink
