No one opened us a door from the garage after they lifted the ramp. The toilet stank a lot.

The hotel was reachable from the train station by bus, requiring taking two buses (which happened to be running with an altered schedule and path due to being Christmastime. The staff was welcoming, making both the check-in and check-out processes pleasantly efficient. There was a terrible smell of swears coming from the bathroom, and the door to the bathroom didn't fully close (which had us sleep with that smell). We saw cockroaches (or similar animals) running by the floor of the hotel. The holder of the shower head didn't stay in place (was broken). The hair dryer did not work. The bed was uncomfortable (the whole metal frame rested on four thin screws, making the bed squeak and shake with every movement). The placement of electric plugs was unpractical (namely, plugs were missing next to the bed) and some did not work. The thermostat/heating control was cumbersome, thus we gave up on attempting to adjust the temperature (which was not very comfortable). People smoked right at the entrance, which was unpleasant. We used the "do not disturb" sign until around 13:00. Wen we returned in the evening, we realised that cleaning and refilling of coffee/tea wasn't done. We understand that that might be related with having used the sign, however, it's unusual in a hotel for such services to not be done at a later time, in the afternoon. In general, the facilities and design of the hotel and rooms are not what would be expected from a three-star hotel. It was much closer to an European two-star, or even one-star. However, it charged us as a three/four-star hotel.

The room was reasonable for the price. Be aware that the hotel sent fake url on the chat channel asking for payment with a scamming link. When told about it the staff was very rude and didn't care about the implications that it had on the clients. Also I had to kill a cockroach in the room near my bed.

The breakfast was ok In the first place the cleaning was HORRIBLE. In one room there were 2 cockroaches. One alive on the bed, and the other one was dead at the safety flier that is hang out on the main door of the room. (It seems that it was there for a long time and the cleaning staff didn’t even bother to take it out). The smell was horrible, every day we had to get on the room and open the window because the smells of cigarettes was so hard that it was almost unbearable. The bathroom also smelled like old sewage. To sum up, the cleaning was HORRIBLE. In the morning, we didn’t even get cleaning service (since it supposed to be a 3 star hotel, someone would think that has it) they only changed our towels. At the same time the facilities were so weird, some door knobs were broken, and sometimes you could hear screams. As well, the staff was not very friendly. One receptionist (an older man) welcomed us very kindly at midday, he was really nice but at the afternoon, when we claimed about the cockroaches with the afternoon receptionist (a tall blonde guy) he didn’t even care, he acted disgusted (as we were) when we showed him the cockroach that we had to kill and didn’t even apologized to us. He told the us that he was gonna talk with his boss but nothing happened. The surroundings of the hotel was not tge best neighborhood as well, and even it’s only 20 minutes by walk to the city centre, you have to cross through some parts that are not very well illuminated and seems kind of dangerous. The breakfast was good and matched the price (only 8€), no doubt the only thing that it was not a disaster from our stay there. Lastly, the price is totally NOT worth it. It is really expensive for what it is. Definitely not a 3 star hotel.

Room with the necessary amenities and very comfortable. The hotel is very close to public transport, restaurants and the area is very quiet wich is perfect for resting. The location is about 30 minutes on foot from the center, making it very convenient. The staff are very friendly and attentive! Nothing to point out!
