It was very clean with thoughtful room features. For example, a sliding door separating the sleep area from the wardrobe area, so that the sleeper is not disturbed by the sound of someone dressing. The location was a 15 minute shuttle ride from the airport so not all that close . The pick up from the airport was awful- other passengers and I waited over 45 minutes. There was just one person at the checkout desk.

The airport shuttle is free both directions, and runs every half hour both directions. Many other hotels near the airport only offer a free shuttle from the airport and you have to pay to take it back to the airport. The hotel's location is easy for getting into the city...take the free shuttle to the airport and then the train into the city. The hotel is very large...the reception area is laid out well and welcoming, and my room was clean with enough towels for a single person. Rooms have a mini fridge.

There is not a lot around the hotel in terms of restaurants, but there is one on site.

It’s a beautiful hotel with excellent staff. The bed was very comfortable, the wellness centre very well equipped and run, and the breakfast very good. Lack of security in the room. I was awoken just before midnight by a man standing in my room! He apologized and left, but he should never have been able to enter the room with the door being locked. I questioned the front desk in the morning who were able to tell that a wrong key had tried my door four times in succession. The door had then opened and allowed the man to enter! There was no explanation given… The manager gave me a voucher for breakfast, but I never heard back whether they determined how it could have happened in the first place…

Cleanlyness of the hotel

The breakfast was quite expensive, the only option was a large buffet, so if you just want something small, it's not worth eating there. Better to eat elsewhere.
-
It was close to the airport which was convenient. But more importantly it was a very comfortable room. We had an excellent night of sleep.

Great hotel very close to the airport, the shuttle service is a big plus, easy access to public transportation, would book again The breakfast is not included in the price, but it still worth paying

We chose this hotel due to proximity to 909 Amsterdam techno festival venue. So the location was ideal for us. As well as free shuttle service every 30 minutes to and from the airport made it very convenient both for travel for the flights and also for reaching to city center since trip by metro from airport station to center is only 20 minutes. The hotel is quite big and relatively new. The room we stayed was spacious and beds were comfortable. Breakfast is very decent and variety as well as quality of food is outstanding. Probably I would chose this hotel again for my next travel to festival despite the matter I described in the section about what I didn't like. It can as well be suitable for Amsterdam sightseeing due to abovementioned convenience of transportation. Room cleaning on weekends We arrived to the hotel Friday around 1.30 pm and were unable to check-in. Thus, decided to leave our stuff and go to city center for sightseeing to return late around 11 pm when we checked-in the room. Our room was not cleaned on Saturday and we thought it was our fault and we should have hanged the sign on the door. We were given additional towels after a request. On Sunday the same happened, but this time we had made sure that there is a sign on the door. When asked for a a reason, only then we were told by reception that on weekends room cleaning should have been specifically request by 8 pm on Friday and that there was a notice in the elevator and we should have seen that. The problem is that we checked in at 11 pm and used the elevator only then, so we could not have seen that notice. Neither were we warned by the receptionist about this upon check-in. Also it was not quite clear why there is additional 50 EUR deposit when there is no minibar in the room. The amount was reimbursed within 3 days. Wi-fi needs improvement as it does not work in breakfast area, keeps disconnecting in most parts of the hotel.

Efficient check in, nice and clean room slow service at the Sports Bar

The shuttle to and from the airport were convenient. We were able to store our luggage with staff prior to check in (we arrived early). I think it is overpriced for what you are getting. We didn’t use any of the amenities, so it felt expensive for a night of sleep! The rooms are clean but show wear. The bed was comfortable.

Needs more garbage cans inside of the room.

The hotel was well presented with a great swimming pool and sauna. There was a Sports Bar to relax and have a meal. The shuttle service to the airport ran every 30 minutes which enabled us to catch the train into Amsterdam for the day. There was nothing else opened and close around the hotel for an alternate dinner choice or to buy something from a supermarket. We were there over the weekend so this might be different during the week.

Underground parking was handy and of course the proximity to the airport. For 200 euros a night, the room was not as clean as I’d hope. The curtains had stains on them and then water in the shower took ages to go down. Nothing like standing in water while you shower.

Great value and convenient shuttle service to airport/train. Spa amenities are superb and included. Top notch hotel and excellent staff. NA
