Steigenberger always offers a great hotel and a great hotel experience. I have used this property multiple times when flying in or out of Berlin as it is extremely convenient to the airport (100 feet!) which makes taking early flights much less stressful. The staff has always been congenial and helpful; the rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable; the bar/restaurant and food service are quite good. This hotel is as near to perfect as any I've found! Nothing - the hotel is comfortable, clean, and convenient, and the staff is friendly, professional, and quite helpful. No complaints whatsoever.

Clean , close to airport so very convenient, nice and helpful staff especially the front desk people , modern facilities , big room , quiet room The wi fi is very very slow and I had to use my phone data instead of the wi fi at the hotel Also I felt the room design did not do the room size justice and could of been a better set up for instance the desk for working with a laptop was very small but overall I made it work for me

I loved that they had the kiosk for an easy check in and that I could easily walk there from the airport without any need for adittional transport! The room was super nice and clean and quiet! I was confused by the need to check in again at the kiosk after already having booked on booking.com. Would have loved some clarity prior to showing up that my booking had not been charged yet, so I wouldn't be confused

The staff at the bar and restaurant were fantastic along with the food. the windows looking from the main bedroom into the bathroom are incredibly uncomfortable, especially for families like mother/son and father/daughter groups. it is absolutely unnecessary and should be removed. The room also did NOT cool down much despite the air being on high.

They had adjoining rooms which was helpful with a family. That they did not have a room that could fit 4 people so we had to get two rooms. That the air conditioning only worked in one of the rooms. This made it very uncomfortable for half of our family.

The train service was suspended so we booked the airport hotel- great location and comfy bed!

Check-in was not very smooth, particularly in the night. We stayed twice - next time when we check-in earlier in the day, check-in was very smooth.

Upscale and as convenient as it gets. Had to rendezvous with my cousin before a flight out the following day. Dinner and breakfast in the hotel were delicious. Room was spacious and quiet. Everything from checkin to checkout was seamless and pleasant. Loved every minute there!

Perfect when you fly in-out; excellent breakfast and comfortable rooms - use the nearby supermarket in the airport towards subway entry if you want more choice and better prices for little snacks or drinks.
