There was a $30 deposit which has not been returned to me yet. The clerk who checked me in seemed to be bothered in having to do it, no greeting, very flat.

Bed was comfortable. Friendly staff, when encountered them in hallways. They were super friendly! Pool was perfect. Fitness center had everything we needed. A/c was cool Highly recommend

The A/C unit was VERY NOISY and the bed was too hard for my comfort level otherwise it was fine

We had a wonderful time. The room was spotless and super comfy. The receptionist and everyone else were so friendly and helpful. We’re definitely planning to come back if we’re ever in Scottsdale again. Thanks again!

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and stocked well with toiletries. The real stars were the employees who were so pleasant and strived to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in Scottsdale.

We had a great experience in that our flight into town very early. The hotel staff was accommodating into getting us an usually early check time to get settled. Very good location affordable clean. There are plenty of very close restaurants on or near a golf courses if you want that experience

I didn’t drive nor did I eat breakfast.

No complaints at all except an observation about front desk personnel. No one looks up when you walk in or out, no greeting at all. I am not a small talk person so this does not bother me generally but it makes me wonder about security. Would any person walking in grab their attention?
