The pool was amazing. The room was very clean. The kitchen was convenient. It was difficult to navigate the parking lot.

Loved this resort! Room was clean. Staff was friendly. TV was a little annoying, you have to sign in to your own account for all the things. Wish there was a radio or speaker of some sort. Breakfast is not offered. There are no on-site food options. There is a shop with the basics open until 2am, which is great! Just wish they offered some staple items. Eggs, butter, etc.

Great location.

Overall, it was a great stay. We requested a ground floor unit close to the pool, and they kindly accommodated our request. The only complaint is there was a gross liquid with a foul odor coming out of a down spout directly onto our patio. With that said, we didn't feel comfortable using the area.

Not bad but needs updates. There’s better for comparable prices in Scottsdale (not that this was over priced).

The pool towels looked like they had been used to clean the floors I would not use it to dry myself. Overall experience was terrible! They promised to move us to a renovated room but it never happened. I traveled with my family to celebrate our son’s birthday & engagement. Unfortunately I was the one who chose this resort and my family booked other 3 rooms! I feel like I let them down by choosing to stay here. I will never recommend anyone staying at this “Resort “

Staff was incredible

Staff was not helpful, Ice machine was broken for the entire complex in AZ when it was 113 degrees. Ice machine at the condo was broken too. When asked for help , after many phone calls to front desk, staff was not helpful. The Hilton still charged us Resorts Fees.

Surprising that there are no elevators

When we first entered the room there was a mildew smell, after adjusting the air conditioner and leaving the windows open for a while the smell started to go away.

Found one bug in the living room. There is no elevator to the second or third floor. Other thing are okay. Furniture is new,
