The only inconvenience we had was the stairs, we had acroom on the 3rd floor and they don't have Elevators

Nice location and property, the pool is beautiful and drinks readily available! Great atmosphere for families as well. Rooms are more like large apartments.

Staff was absolutely wonderful. From the front desk to the small restaurant/bar staff. Couldn’t have ask for a better experience while the wife was treated at nearby Mayo Clinic. Phoenix campus only a 8-10 minute drive; the Scottsdale campus only about 20 minutes. Would highly recommend.

Thanks. It been quite in the area. AC unit when on is too loud that I had to increase the TV volume. Hope outside wasn’t bothered by it.

Room was spotless and so clean! Staff were friendly and so helpful! Pool was fantastic, very clean! Will definitely stay here again!

All the amenities The beds were very, very uncomfortable

The room, kitchen, spa, exercises gym and access to a laundry room was a big plus.

Room was great and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Only thing I would mention is if you don't like noise ask for a room away from the pool area as it was extremely noisy all the way to 10pm.
