Great place for a quick local get-away! Space was nice, peaceful and full of amenities. Had an issue with a family soft parenting, allowing their kids to dive in the NO DIVING pool splashing myself and my mate. I had to redirect the child and move to a new location poolside to continue to enjoy myself. I picked this location with a low potential for family issues such as this, but nothing is perfect. Also, the ice machines we tried did not work which was an inconvenience. Lastly, was not too happy with having to pay to park. Wish that had been noted, even though I selected in my Hotels.com filter parking included.

Helpful staff, quiet room, enjoyed my stay.

Great place to stay for an extended stay. We had to stay 10 days for my wife's surgery. The 1 bedroom with a full kitchen was great. Saved us a ton of money not eating out every day. Located minutes from shopping, eateries and golf courses this is a perfect location in Scottsdale.

Need to have a better shaded smoking area. The staff was amazing and suggested trevor's. That place was amazing. Thank you for this suggestion.I will be back, and I will recommend

loved everything the only thing i wished was a cheese grater in the kitchen as well as over safe dishes with lids.

From the moment I walked in, I was felt welcomed. The staff was nice and always helpful. The only complaint I had was that the bath water wasn't too hot. It was a great stay though. Will stay here again

The front desk staff was rarely at the front desk. The concierge desk usually had someone but they were not really able to help with anything. The pool had bugs and even a cockroach one day…the maintenance staff was the best part about this place. They were so kind as you saw them around the facility and remembered us greeting us every day. There really weren’t any amenities to enjoy. The ice machines throughout the property were broken even though it was over 100 outside everyday so that was a bummer. We got stuck outside the gate one night for over 20 minutes because their gate broke and the front staff just hid in the back after telling us “this is uncharted territory.” No updates given just sat in my car with my children crying because they were tired and wanted to go to bed but finally one of the maintenance people held it up for us to drive through. We were disappointed in this stay.

Stayed in a Queen Suite over a weekend. The room was as described and clean. The appliances and bathroom in working condition. I utilized the pool & fitness center--both were well maintained and clean. Recommend this place for a solo traveler or a family.

The suite was perfect for our family. It was spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
