Booked a day room to sleep but the cleaners kept knocking to see if we were going to check out, we only got a couple of hours and sleep. Other than that, the room was very nice and updated.

Nice hotel conveniently located near the 101 freeway and many restaurants. Our room and the entire property were well maintained and clean. Breakfast was included, which is a bonus. It included hot food too, which is not the norm. Staff very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend.

Close to Mayo Clinic Staff was unfriendly and not helpful. Stupid self parking fees

Location, plenty of businesses in the area. Was upon arrival that a "third party" had over booked and the specific room, king size with sofa was no longer available. And offered a toom with 2 twin beds. When I asked if that's all they had, I was then offered a room with a king bed and sofa. The tv remote was not working.

It was very close to the freeway. I didn't like the shower, it has no border to stop the water from leaking into the rest of the bathroom. I had to use the towels to dry the floor so I wouldn't slip and fall. This is very dangerous if you're not careful.

When we woke up and were getting ready we realized there was a paperclip and a lock of hair in the bed that we had slept in and on. Very gross. It’s clear the sheets were not changed before we came.

I think it is dumb to charge guests staying in hotel to park their car since there is no where else to park around the hotel. Their attitude was very , oh well those are the rules! Will not stay at another Hyatt property again! Location was horrible too, couldn’t find it , had to drive around to get to it! Bad experience!
