Quick and easy check in. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Area was great.

Overall, the hotel was nice, staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was great as always.

The pool gate door was broken. Staff would not come and help. I had to climb over the gate to get into the pool. Second shift staff was extremely snotty. Lady felt very judged walking in the door, not friendly. buds were very uncomfortable

Check in took at least 20 minutes because the person in front of me had a life story to tell and the woman at the desk didn't know how to shut it down to help the other 2 groups behind him. I was placed in a pet-friendly room, and while I have multiple pets at home, I didn't expect to be in a room that smelled like a wet dog. I woke up with multiple insect bites on my legs so I'm not sure if the room had fleas or bedbugs. Either way, not a great experience,

So I was looking for a hotel that my 20 year old daughter can check into by herself because she was attending a seminar in Scottsdale. On Expedia's website said that this hotel was 18 and over. So I called the hotel just to confirm this. I spoke to someone at the front desk who confirmed that my daughter will not have a problem checking in. So my daughter arrives at this hotel and they said she was not old enough to check in. I spoke to a lady at the front desk and told her that I spoke to a member of her staff a week ago and he guaranteed that it would not be an issue for my daughter. Bottom line, she would not let my daughter check in. So at 8 pm we were scrambling to find my daughter a hotel she could check into. Luckily we found one. Now we get to pay for 2 hotel's for my daughter's stay in Scottsdale.

Parking fee ? I didn't think a parking fee was necessary

2nd room was nice however there was a burrito in the microwave that had been there awhile. The tub spout was loose and diverter for shower did not work well. All in all staff was cordial. Pool was clean and laundry facilities were a nice amenity but never mentioned at check in. This hotel is centrally located in Scottsdale making everything we needed to get to with in minutes. Breakfast was included and an average selection of items. Coffee was amazing! Everything we needed in a room. Will stay again.

At multiple visits over a few months it was noted that the very good cleaning/sanitizing mopping of the floor immediately adjacent to the breakfast eating area started about 1/2 to one hour before breakfast service was over, sending a strong industrial chemical odor wafting over the last half hour or so of breakfast eaters, not conducive to enjoying a hearty breakfast...Just poor scheduling of the task I believe. By the way, the breakfast is very good as are the ones overseeing the eating area.
