THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, neat and organized. The staff was courteous. The breakfast was great.

Liked that it had a kitchenette en suite and laundry facilities available. Not a walkable area as far as restaurants.

Nice place to stay. My only complaint is the halls smelled like cigarettes.

Breakfast was really good. Room was not cleaned well at all. There was men’s hair shavings on the bathroom counter, the shower was a mess and the doors were very dirty.

I had a great experience with the family at this location. Looking forward to coming back, exploring more of the surroundings..

Only one trash can in room, had a bug run across bathroom floor. Dryer had to be used with an app.

Harvey at the front desk was amazing! we will definitely be back to stay again. the room was cozy and we loved being able to enjoy the pool and come back and make dinner.

It was close and convenient to where we were meeting friends and having dinner Even though the property has been updated you can tell it’s a very much older building and the HVAC or air-conditioning and heating units are in the room right by the bed and are so loud and they come on all night and super super loud and then the beds like the other property by Talking Stick Resort definitely need an upgrade it was so caved in it hurt my back so not the most comfortable place that’s for sure

Shower was hard to move around in, it was a tight space and room layout was awkward use of space

A positive review after staying for 4 nights. I did my research, Physically checking other nearby Marriott hotels and found that the residence was the only apartment like setting, the full fridge and kitchenette were awesome along with the entire room. Fresh and clean linen. I was able to get a King suite with a pool view on ground floor. The breakfast was average and included, they also had an excellent bar well equiped whith great bartenders. The staff was spot on. Special shout out to Harvey and Joe! professionals working for me. I believe I am a tough critic, and happy to reccomed this Residence Hotel. Great Price! Ease of access. Safe, with a great pool. Shopping across the street. Thanks.
