Old school magnetic strip key cards meant multiple failed attempts to enter room and multiple disappointments at front desk. I left same day and, although denied a refund, found much better lodging nearby Never again!

The staff is very friendly; the room was clean and easy access to parking and restaurants in the area. room is comfortable.

Always enjoy the breakfast buffet. Good accommodations but shower knob malfunction resulted in no hot water also had to fix the toilet- chain not connected so didn’t flush.

How accommodating the staff was. I got a late check out as I was there for treatment at the Mayo Clinic.

Great free breakfast, good room amenities. The only criticism would be that the walls are not the thickest so you can get noise from other rooms. But at the price point, that’s a very small gripe. Free parking and a quiet area too. Recommended.

Close to Mayo clinic and allowed us to check in early after our surgery. Nothing stood out.

Everything about the stay was top notch. It was a medium size property but it felt like the staff treated it like a resort. It felt like we were staying in an expensive hotel. The rooms were super clean and nicely decorated.
