It was quiet clean respectfful staff the day in the office was chill

Cockroach in my room. Enough said.

The room was filthy. There was stuff dropping sire

Then came me taking a shower. I look down and notice a dark substance around me feet as if I was standing in a mud puddle before showering. Turns out the floors in this room were amazing dirty. And who knows what chemicals that have used on it prior. But, my feet have not felt quite right all day. I wiped the floors in the common spots after I figured the source of the grime and presented it to the management.

The fact that I was left in the street with out a room because the "computer did already the tabulation so my PAID REZERVATION disappear from the computer . No matter that I show print out where I request a late arrival (22.00 to 23.00) and had to fight one address which is actually misleading (the building is one block away on another street not on the street listed !) so I was 15 minute late. Not even a new reservation because they can not release the rum before 15.0...next day! Simply rip off! What happen ? the room which was hold it for me until 15 minute prior over a sudden become dirty and needed to be cline again ?

The staff was excellent, everyone is very polite and friendly. They accommodated me into a new room after I complained about the smell in my first room. They were also helping another man when I walked in by giving him a refund The first bedroom that I walked in reeked of mold, so I was immediately thrown off and asked to go to another room. The second room was a little bit better, but after staying there for a night I still felt the moldy smell. Turns out that the wooden TV stand had mold on one of their legs. The kitchen appliances and the TVremote had grease on their surface. They really need to care more for the overall cleanliness of the hotel

Going on another week, and as usual great staff great help and quiet. As usual they’re on top of things if you’re looking for a temporary place to stay, rebuild, or whatever your circumstances are; this is definitely a good place to be.

Basically the room was very nice and clean. The bed was well made, and the refrigerator was clean. Microwave was clean. I did have a problem with TV reception that just did not want me to watch anything but one channel at a time the guide also was very slow in coming up. The location also was very difficult to find once you found it. It was OK.

Great staff and location !

I’ve stayed at this location for a nice bit of time now and the staff is amazing. Never had any problems and I’m gonna continue to stay there for a little bit. It’s a quiet area and like I said before, no real issues to really be concerned about. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask or reach out to the staff. They’re more than willing to help you.
