Beautiful well maintained property. Updated/clean rooms. Exceptional restaurants. The pool/lazy river is always the best! The location is great! Walking distance to shops and dining.
-
The Scotch Bar was closed for remodeling and its scotches couldn’t be ordered anywhere else. The only restaurant open for lunch on Wednesday was at the golf course.
-
Under construction which was fine but my original room had a ton of ants and the air conditioner wasn’t working. Staff was kind and friendly and accommodating when requesting to change my room.
-
The room was nice, and we enjoyed the pool and lazy river, although that is where they should be doing the construction as many tiles have fallen off.
-
A+ like always, great location
-
Rooms were great. The staff was super friendly. The lazy river was great.

We were there to celebrate a special occasion and was not as pleasant as we thought it would be, since we go to this location every year. We did receive some adjustments to our fees which we appreciate, but again guests should have been notified of the construction at the time of booking, and we would have made the decision to stay there or look for another resort that would have all of their amenities in place.

Great!
-
I wish there was vending machines to purchase water and snacks after hours.
-
I was never told the Hotels under construction. I would’ve never booked it. It was a waste of my money.
-
Overrated on review, place under constructions , no place to hang out in the lobby except 2 chairs. Pools not bad .Staff are friendly and helpful
-
Even though they were starting renovations, the facilities were well maintained. The staff was excellent and gave out abundant water to keep everyone hydrated during the very hot time of the year. I would stay again.

Very clean, beautiful resort, lack of communication regarding construction was dissapointing. Very pleased you had golf carts to the commons.

Beatiful place and awesome experience.

Very disappointed in our stay, less than 24 hours after leaving all 4 of my kids became ill. Sick to their stomachs, vomiting & fevers. My son even fainted he was so sick. I’m 99% sure they got sick from the pool water. The pool was PACKED. Not a single open lounge chair and we could barely swim comfortably without running into someone. They really need to be testing the chemicals regularly or start limiting capacity. 0/10 do not recommend unless you wang to feel like complete garbage after your stay.

“This resort was a complete disaster. I was greeted by a roach in the bathroom on arrival, and another the next day. The shower door didn’t close, the bed was unbearable, and the lazy river was a nightmare—crowded, no inner tubes, and kids jumping off dangerously. The pool was equally packed, and every single amenity had hidden fees—parking, rentals, everything was extra—none of it disclosed up front. And to make it worse, the servers never offered a receipt, so they could tack on maximum gratuity without your knowledge. The food was ridiculously overpriced for what you got. No one took accountability when I complained. For what I paid, this was a total ripoff. I would never return.”
