No AC. The room was too hot. It felt like I was in a motel 6 but for 10x+ the cost. Will not ever again be staying at this place.

We stayed for a night, we paid a late check out as we wanted to enjoy the visit at the beach longer, and all was good, loved the beach view.

It was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. The window was a view of the hallway. Our room was 104A. It was a sectioned off part of room 104. The noise from the hall echoed horribly. We had to ask people numerous times to please quiet down as they were passing through the hallway as we were at the main entrance area and pool. Fortunately, it was one night.

The location of the property was perfect. It was right on the promenade. We had a corner room. There was no air-conditioning. The fan was broken. There was no screen on the door to let any air in the bathroom was very dirty.

Very very outdated. Lobby looks like it had one wall update recently and exterior paint was repainted recently. But other than that nothing has changed since the 90’s it felt like. Room smelt weird. Semi clean. I know it doesn’t get crazy hot but the no A/C gave me no sleep basically. Front desk staff were great! I did love the view!

The location is the only nice part of this stay. Our bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. It was near possible to fall asleep in. The remote to the tv was out of batteries.

Staff were friendly and mostly helpful. Parking was easy and free. Nice location right on the sand dunes.

No AC. No windows with screens so only option to cool room is an open sliding glass door with standing floor fan. Nice location on beach so thankfully some breeze with door open. Breakfast not included. Free parking. Low flow sink. Overall too expensive for what you get.

Location, the room had everything we needed. The floors were a little dirty especially around the bed under the sheet. Opened the slider door and was really bad in the seam on the floor. Wouldn't be a big deal, but when you have a one year old that will eat anything off the floor.

Over priced. Outdated. Sliding door was never locked. We noticed it in the morning. I will never stay there again.
