Wonderful view, big comfy room, efficient sound proofing, and excellent location. There’s even washer/dryers available for use that you can pay for with cards. I’d stay here again.

Always a great stay! We appreciate the great view from the rooms and the delicious breakfast! Already booked for next year.

On the other hand, the location is great and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was more than we expected. But there are many options for lodging in this area, so I would consider alternatives to the Ebb-Tide. Compared to other lodging along the Oregon coast, this did not meet our expectations.

We especially loved all the thoughtful amenities for families and beach days. They had beach toys available, firewood for enjoying a fire on the beach, and even a hose for rinsing off the sand afterward. The heated pool and hot tub were another big hit with our family. Breakfast had a great selection, and everything made our stay easy and enjoyable. Between the beautiful beachfront location, helpful staff, and all the extra touches, this was a great place to stay. We would happily come back!

Our room was clean and the staff was nice. There is no balcony or ac ,and you couldn't open the windows wide. But other than that, it was ok.

Great location and decent breakfast. Right next to the small Seaside Aquarium and great value for the money. I would stay there again.

The staff was excellent!

The property was run down, the fridge didn’t work, the carpet was wet from the damaged fridge. The ice buckets are a flimsy plastic bucket (ours was broken). We reserved a queen, paid for a queen but was given a double bed. Only perk was lots of hot water, but our bathroom sink had no cold water what’s so ever. The balcony was nice, but we paid for a full ocean view we got a partial, Breakfast was ok, but most of the food was cold. To say what we paid was outrageous for what we received and the horrible condition of our room is an understatement. Save your money because I sure wish I had.

The room was clean , the staff were very polite and helpful, breakfast was good, including good coffee. The only complaint I had was about the drain in the tub as it was so slow that the tub filled up 2 to 4 inches during my shower. Otherwise all was good and I would recommend the place. If you plan to use the kitchenette, bring your own utensils and dishes as the cupboards and drawers were bare.

Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was well done. The view from our room was amazing. The only downside was the bed was uncomfortable.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It's just minutes walking distance from the beach and downtown Seaside. The rooms are very clean. The staff is very helpful and they have a pretty decent breakfast, which is included with your room. I would definitely stay here again.

I have no plan to stay there again .
