Better than expected breakfast. Helpful front desk

Good breakfast. Liked biscuit and gravy. Liked the pancake machine. Definitely better than we’ve experienced in the past

My husband was violently allergic to the cleaning materials used in the hotel.

We were able to organise a shuttle from Pier 91 following our cruise for $20 per person. The check in was fast and we were able to get an early check in as well as a late check out the next day. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was large and we had everything we needed. The location close to the airport was handy and the free airport shuttle was appreciated. We enjoyed our one night stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to stay near SeaTac airport.

Breakfast

My first night here was a better stay. The beds weren’t as comfortable as the first night and the bathroom light shutoff on its own mid shower. The breakfast was okay, the sausage patties were very dry and didn’t have a great flavor. The pancake maker was a hit and the fresh pears! This hotel was a lifesaver as we had booked with another hotel down the road and it was dirty. Thank you for having clean space for our to stay on our last night of vacation.

Our room was non-smoking and perfect. However the entrance, lobby, and elevator smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Staff blamed it on a random smoker but that was impossible as strong as it smelled.

Property was great. The staff at the front desk were excellent. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. Overall great experience will stay again if in Seattle.

It was close to airport and light rail station. It had a courtesy shuttle and a good complimentary breakfast. The bed pillows were not firm, the A/C was loud, the bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine, and the sliding door to the bathroom felt not very private.

Breakfast was fine. Glad to have that and the shuttle included in our stay. Michael our Shuttle Driver and Michael at the front desk were BOTH very nice gentlemen and very accommodating and informative. Kudos to your staff; everyone, including your cleaning personnel, were very polite and friendly. Finally, Great view of Mt. Rainer from our room!!! Thank you! The price was too high because the FiFA World Cup ⚽️ is in town! : (

Great location and free airport shuttle. Walking distance to light rail which made it easy getting into the city. Beds were comfortable but bathroom was laid out poorly. Breakfast was passable.

The Airport shuttle was really nice to have available, also the hotel set us up with a concierge to go to the cruise terminal for a good price.

Free tea and coffee all the day and decent breakfast
