Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites SeaTac by IHG

Hotel construction cheap, you can hear every step above you. Included continental breakfast was not very good. Had trouble with very noisy neighbors. Better hotels very nearby.

Excellent breakfast. Perfect location for in and out of the airport. Comfortable beds. Overall great stay.

Location and the staff they are all very nice. Bathtub very slippery. Just forgot to tell them. Just Need to scrub somemore when cleaning. Otherwise we like our stays. They accomodate our luggages just need sign up to become member. its really a big help we did have a chance to enjoy the downtown while waiting to our next flight.

Great stay by the airport! Shuttle was quick and easy!

The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was hot and good. I would have given all 5 stars except the carpeting in the room was very dirty looking. I had grandkids with me and hated to have them sit on the floor. The airport shuttle pick up from the airport was a little chaotic. I received wrong information when I called, but it worked out. I liked the proximity to Angle Lake Park for the grandkids to play.

The room was clean and is satisfactory. But not I single bottle if water left. The staffs are cooperative I didn’t find any comments and was satisfied with breakfast I would rather say it was excellent.

Beautiful breakfast. Good hotel closer to SeaTac airport. Close to train station

Transportation to/from airport and a few restaurants.iProbably true for cleaning staff also but the ones there do a good job. Understaffed front desk for the number of guests O

The hotel has a large room, and it is near the airport. They are understaffed, so the trash can in the lobby is always full to the rim.

Close to airport. The elevators were broken and staff was not helpful (or seemed concerned at all) on what to do to get bags up to X floor.

Airport shuttle was the horrible, we waited for over an hour and when they said they would come they did not come to where they told us to wait and filled the shuttle with new arrivals and so we had to uber. Do not waste your time taking with the staff they don’t care

Parking fee is a surprise

Very clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the lobby area for playing cards and board games with family members.
