Comfort Inn & Suites Sea-Tac Airport

Room was clean, refrigerator didn’t work but we made it work. Breakfast wasn’t great. Parking is TIGHT. Plenty of spots but spots are very close together. It was good for a night stay when we needed something after a missed connection. If it was a longer trip I’d probably want something a bit nicer. Staff was helpful though.

While my stay someone are try to open my room while I am sleep this hotel is not safe to stay.

The room was very spacious. Unfortunately the elevator was not working that day. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The furniture is outdated in the room and the room had a smoke smell in it. The chair in the room needs to be replaced. The shuttle to the airport was on time and the staff was very friendly

After observing the bathroom ceiling’s messy messy repairs - I thought the price I paid for a few hours sleep was too much for this hotel. Other than that, it was OK - very close to the airport which I needed. The elevator didn’t work and I was given a 3rd floor room - luckily no luggage. Had to leave early, couldn’t do breakfast.

The place needs an upgrade. Looks like it was built in the 60s and never updated. No working elevator. Didn’t get our transfer to our Curtis right. Had to get our own taxi. Nothing like it looked like in the add. Would not recommend

Elevator broke down day one!!!

The hotel is currently being renovated, and it needs it. The renovated rooms are very nice though. Will be great when they get them all done!

The elevator was out when we were there and we had heavy bags so going up three flights of stairs was not fun at all!

The shuttle service was great.

First room the dead bolt did not lock, we went back downstairs with out luggage. They changed our room. We go back up stairs and that room had not been cleaned after the last guest. We called the front desk. They changed our room for the third time. The bathroom shower did not have a shower curtain. I called downstairs and they sent one to our room. The hotel needs minor upgrades. The hot breakfast was good but I question if the eggs were fresh? Breakfast 6am-9am. We are on vacation not going to work. 10 end time would let you get some slee

Passable

Elevator did not work and put us on the 3rd floor. Have health issues and when asked if someone could help with the bags they said no. Air conditioning in the room did not work well. Breakfast was not good.

Although we prepaid for our room, motel was overbooked and front dest tried to move us to a different morel. We accepted a downgrade room. Front desk lady on checkout tried to be helpful with transportation to pier.

The elevator was out of service but other than that, it was a good value for the price.

Staff were not friendly. Elevator was not working. Tried to put us on 4th floor (we are elderly) & had to fight to get the 3rd floor. Hallways & stairs were dirty! Breakfast was just okay. Only stayed 1 night!
