Bare minimum at breakfast, Ac was very poor

Breakfast ok but other comfort is better

Airport and cruise shuttle is very well done.

The floor in our room was so sticky when we walked in that I had to mop it. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

Just there for an overnight but the room was great and the front desk folks were very helpful. The breakfast was good too, same as other hotels but it was good and fresh.

The location was great near the airport. The parking spots were tiny. The hot breakfast was filling.

Not what we expected!! The hotel is old and smelly. We had a hard time feeling comfortable and safe. Our shampoo bottle that was supposed to be mounted in the shower next to the body wash and conditioner was completely missing.

Property could definitely use a refresh. Carpet in the room was not clean and the dust ruffle on the bed had holes in it. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Shuttle only runs once an hour to the airport. My sister described our stay as adequate, and that about sums it up.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night, but I could tell this hotel was well maintained. Additionally, a male staff member was very friendly and helpful for grabbing me something to eat very early in the morning when I checked out. I enjoyed my stay and the friendly service here, so I recommend this hotel.

The hotel I booked was sold out. They shuttled us to their sister hotel down the street.

The room smells bad and when the shower is turned on, poops come out in the bath tub. Very filthy.

Good airport hotel. Nice location for an early flight. Well insulated, not too noisy from planes or neighbors. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds.

Acceptable place to lay your head when waiting for a flight at SeaTac

The property was up to date and clean. It was about 10 minutes to the rental car return.

The wait for the shuttle was over half an hour and the room was not cleaned when we arrived.
