The room was comfortable and the staff actually walked with me in the dark to my car in the freezing cold and 8 inches of snow to make sure I was safe. They also had cameras to watch the parking lot . I was quite happy ! Tilney Sutherland

Quiet, clean room with helpful staff. Quick overnight stay after missing our flight. Could not figure out how to call shuttle van so we walked the short 20 min. Quick shuttle back in the early morning so we didn't use any amenities including breakfast.

It’s nice for an over night or short stay. Shuttle is very convenient.

Elevator issues and room was in need of paint and wallpaper repair. Breakfast area was uncomfortably hot. Price was way beyond the value.

Other than the front desk staff not explaining where to catch the shuttle everything else was great!

The hotel was all perez except for the carpeting makes it look dated. Watching else was perfect.

Room was fine. Decently clean. Front desk staff was kind of curt. Not very pleasant. Breakfast was edible. And WiFi was absolutely awful. Clean place to stay for a night close to the airport, it works. 3/5

Pros: close to airport, large rooms, good price including parking for the 1 night we were there. Clean enough for one night before a flight but I wouldn't have wanted to linger. Cons: vending machines were not as pictured. The beverage machine had a handful of sodas but many empty slots and no water. The snack machine was not working. The water fountain next to the vending machines seemed like it was working but there was a bucket sitting on it and a panel was missing from the front showing plumbing and wiring. The faucet in our room was a little wonky. Breakfast quality was typical of 2-star hotel eggs and waffle maker fare.

The hotel itself was fine but everything else wasn’t great. I probably wouldn’t recommend it to other people.

Very convenient to airport and easy to take the train into the city, kids enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Worth for the value.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful.

Very clean, wonderful staff, lovely breakfast with a couple of hot choices like scrambled eggs and sausages, a choice of 3 cereals, muffins, bagels, toast, juices, coffee and plenty of choice for tea. The rooms were fine for a one or two night stay and it’s about a 12 minute walk to Angel Lake train station to get to downtown Seattle in about 40 minutes in a very comfortable train. Even though the airport was very close, you could not hear the noise and the beds were very comfortable too. We didn’t use the free shuttle but the free parking was a bonus for us. All the staff were exceptional and very friendly and accommodating too! No kettle in the room but there was 24/7 tea and coffee in the lobby which was great!

The bed was not that comfortable. They didn't have change for the washer and dryer. They left a new person to man the desk after only 3 days of training. Very unprofessional.

Parking is awful at this hotel. Don't check in late because you won't find a parking space. The hotel was not very clean. The staff were the only bright spot. They were very nice.
