Ease of travel to and from airport and light rail. Friendly service

We needed a place to sleep upon late arrival in Seattle and Sleep Inn was great! The bed was very comfortable!
-
We booked a room with a king and a couch bed… there was no couch bed… just a couch. This was not what we booked, paid for, nor was advertised. Do not stay here

This was a nice place for the price but it’s nothing to fancy. Just a clean place to sleep.

We spent six nights at Sleep Inn at Seattle-Tacoma Airport. The breakfast had scrambled eggs made from a mix, which were very tasteless. The waffle maker was OK. The bread was fine; the juices were OK. No bacon, just sausage. Very budget-type, which was expected. My main complaint was the computer, which was very difficult. I had asked, prior to making the reservation, if they had one for guests so I would not have to bring my laptop. I made a big mistake. Should have brought my own. We had our room serviced twice. Very nice staff, but the second time they put the A/C on high, which was troublesome when we came back. Had to put on some heat. Overall, the staff was very helpful. For a budget, it was OK.

Traveling with families asked for our rooms to be close together, weren’t even on the same floor, arrived early and asked to store our luggage till check in time and was charged per bag. Air conditioner in one room not cooling.

This is a good stay if you're taking a cruise to Alaska. It had a shuttle to the cruise ships area and shuttle to the airport. It's not close to the major tourist spots in Seattle, which is a negative. It is close to the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable; however. the cleaning solution they use which they note is sanitized, leaves the room with a cleaning solution smell for the first day. The hotel has free breakfast, which I didn't try. You can get water and coffee from the lobby anytime. They also had free yogurt cups in the lobby during my stay. The staff is friendly. However, my TV screen was very dark when watching TV and the remote didn't allow you to access the menu button (the button was not active) so I couldn't lighten the screen. I contacted the front desk and they said they would send someone to my room, but I waited an hour or two and then finally called and told them not to send anyone because I was going to bed. An Ihop restaurant is right across from the parking lot, which is very convenient.

Night 2, keys won’t work and had to go back down again to have them reset. Requested housekeeping to clean room the next morning but upon returning late evening, room looked exactly the same as we left it. A/C is very loud.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, well maintained room, close proximity to restaurant. Convenient shuttle to the airport. Great price for our stay!

Nice hotel close to the airport, perfect for a convenient stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable right away. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was good and offered a decent selection to start the day. Overall, a highly recommendable place to stay—great service and great comfort!

Nice hotel close to airport - seems kinda new - nice check-in with staff

This was a short stop before a flight. It fit the bill. We had to leave before the breakfast was opened but grabbed a juice and yogurt. The room was on the small side but worked out fine for what we needed. It was a little expensive for what it was but we did get a free shuttle to the airport.
