The staff was extremely friendly and recommended dining options within walking distance. They were also accommodating when I lost a paper and needed to print a new one at the last minute. The hallway felt humid. The AC in the room was inconsistent, shutting off before the set temperature was reached.

Good location for our travel but a little run down facility wise Lacking some basic room facilities like kettle, tea and coffee in room

Location was very convenient to the airport. Parking was included and there is a shuttle bus for the airport, although we didn't use it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was fine. There was a mini-fridge. Our bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well. Breakfast was good and plentiful. It was a little dated and the only elevator was a ways in from the front door. We still felt it was a great value and would use this hotel again.

Fun in working in the room, the cord was cut. The hot tub wasn’t working and then they did full maintenance for two hours. The reason we booked the hotel was for the hot tub and pool amenities. No microwave in room just a refrigerator. The lady I did the continental breakfast were really nice and helpful and refilled stuff even though there was only a half an hour left at breakfast time.
