Best Western Seattle Airport Hotel

Most friendly staff I’ve seen in a long time!

Jacuzzi does not work and hasn't worked in months apparently so you will not be able to use it. Rooms are kind of small and crowded. Very old and dark aesthetically. Breakfast was very limited.

Everything else from Breakfast to rooms-poor.. Advertisement for pool and Jacuzzi..Ferget it .3 days I stayed jacuzzi did not work. Called shuttle to pick up up from Rail station waited 35 min to talk to someone..only to realize they did not even care to log it in..so we continued to wait until we made it back on feet..Stupid . Breakfast powdered eggs,cheap cereal,processed everything.. All in All - no more staying at Best Western for me and my family

Some other visitors were smoking the place out. Other than some commotion from the pool area, and Smokey neighbors, the place was conveniently located and supported what I needed.

Not a great location if you want to wander about but an excellent and clean place with a stellar staff. It is my new place to stay if needing to be near SeaTac. Price is right and staff excellent and a better breakfast spread than most other nearby more expensive hotels.

Easy affordable property for one night stay. Airport shuttle was prompt and convenient and hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, and really just amazing. This made the experience so nice. Shuttle option was nice to the mall and the airport!! Love the pool and workout area.

Booked this hotel since I came in from my very long international flight. I went to sleep early and was woken up at 1am to people yelling in the hallway while they were moving into the room opposite me. I tried to call the front desk three times but the line was busy continuously. Was not a fan. Finally went back to sleep to be woken up by people using the ice machine at 6am in the morning near my room. Do not recommend.

It was a nice, clean room

Clean rooms, hopeful staff, decent hot breakfast. Helen at the front desk was so helpful! Woody made the shuttle ride to airport nice.

Excellent breakfast options

Great place to stay but the reason I booked was for the hot tub and they advised me when I checked in that it was closed indefinitely 😒 all a gal wants is some relaxation in a hot tub before she gets on a plane after a tiresome vacation. Somehow let travelers know before hand that a hot tub is not available would be nice. But the rooms were good breakfast was great. Transportation to the airport was spectacular and staff was very nice.

Close to airport, lots of restaurants in the area. Price was right for a overnight stay.

Very clean and friendly staff

It was a great location. It was very small but nice enough to sleep in. We did have issues with the door lock battery constantly saying it was going low and the staff forgetting to fix it and the shower temperature not adjusting but overall it was a decent place to stay

The beds were very clean and comfortable. Clean rooms, but outdated, We caught the shuttle to the airport, this was seamless. Grabbed a coffee .which was good. Vending machines. Got charged for something I didn't want or payed for.
