Bed room sheets were stained and toilet was getting clogged.

The Hotel staff was very helpful. The rooms were very clean and very roomy loved every minute of the hotel.

Everything was good

The room was large, beds were comfortable, and the hotel was walking distance to everything we wanted to tour. Wear comfortable shoes, it's a hike. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly and eager to please. Would stay there again.

Our stay was amazing, walking distance to the waterfront, Stadiums, Pike's Place and CVS. Only down was we would have loved to enjoy the outdoor patio. We were sharing a room with a friend, since it was just a few nights before our cruise and would have loved a space to hang out besides the lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing vendor for the shuttle to the port!

Great location but mediocre, not four stars. The walls are thin and you’ll hear every step from the rooms next door and above. Very basic amenities and nearly all automated service. Fire for a night and good location, but three stars max.

We had an issue in our room and they adressed it fast and took care of it, was really appreciative of it.

Beautiful property and close to the highway, absolutely excellent in every way

Bathroom could’ve used a little more attention to cleanliness. There was beard hair left around the sink. Also, reception area could use more employees to help with the traffic of people checking out in the mornings. There was a big line with only a couple people working.

Amazing staff, great location, and excellent amenities. This hotel has it all: nothing but positive feedback to share.

Visited many other hotels that have connecting doors but never had issues hearing others This is definitely something to think about

On a hill but if you go towards Pikestreet it’s a very easy walk
